Every time I have gone into the office I feel very comfortable. I am a very hesitant dental patient from past experiences. Everyone in the office is very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly and make you feel relaxed. They are very gentle and thorough. Dr Saio and entire staff need a higher rating than 5 stars. I would recommend their office to everyone. I am thankful for how they take care of their patients.

2022 Add: I trust the care of my teeth to Balfour Dental. Being there just the other day reminded me again of why I do. As a team, from regular cleaning with dental health reviews, to procedures to address any teeth needing treatment, the dental assistants and the doctors/dentists do a thorough evaluation then propose treatment for my agreement. I underwent procedure to replace some very old crowns I had at my molars, and they were very attentive to my comfort during the procedure, but specially to doing a good job of making sure everything including fitting my crowns were done right. Appreciate their care! 2021 Orig: A friend recommended Balfour Dental to us after we just moved to Brentwood. And we have not been disappointed. A shout-out to them (i.e. a compliment) for coming to my husband's 'rescue' during the lockdown when his implant came loose and no other clinic would service him because it was not an 'emergency' (defined as having pain or bleeding etc). But to my husband it was obviously an emergency because his denture would not be able to be held in place with one implant loose and he wouldn't thus be able to eat/chew! Balfour Dental (thank you so much Dr Rayani and Dr Siao!) understood and went out of their way to accommodate our need despite us not even being registered patients of theirs yet. So kind! After clinics opened up they were then able to give a more thorough follow-up abs we have been going to them now. Not just the two doctors but their dental assistants as well are all so thorough and yet gentle, and their clinic looks so clean and modern! Hope everyone gets to try them out!

They are serious about dentistry, and taking care of any of your dental needs. Dr. Rayani provides service with a smile but she is all business when it comes to addressing your dental concerns. She is well versed, knowleadable, and passionate about her work. She explains everything throughly before moving forward and isn't pushy at all. Dr. Rayani and her husband, Dr. Siao, make a great duo of Doctors available to you. They back each other up, when the one you prefer isn't available to meet with you, which hardly ever happens. Their office is a reflection of their work ethic. It is always clean, well organized with a welcoming and relaxing decor. Definitely not your average dental office with that old school hospital 1970s feel and look to it. Their computer and xray technology allows the doctors to give you a better perspective by showing you through a screen exactly the "Root" of the problem. The tools and equipment they use for general dentistry are also state of the art. They use it to complete the work much quicker and to accommodate the needs of the patient accordingly. The foundation of Balfour Dental is their staff. When you walk into the office the first group of people you see is the front desk clerks. They are always friendly, attentive, and accommodating to the needs of the patient. The Dr's aids are no different. We moved from Livermore to east county and I continued to drive back to Livermore to see my old dentist. My wife recommended me Dr. Rayani but I was skeptical at first and not willing to try or place my trust on a new dentist. One day, I had a painful cavity and decided to make an appointment with Dr. Rayani to avoid the long drive to Livermore. I gave Dr. Rayani my trust as a patient and I never looked back. I have been going to Balfour Dental for the past 10 years for regular dentistry, invisalign, root-canals, and cleanings. Every appointment has been a positive experience. This review is long over due but without a doubt, hands down, no questions asked. I highly recommend Balfour Dental for any of your dental needs. They have great doctors, state of the art equipment, friendly staff and competitive pricing!

I have never had such a thorough, comprehensive, and enlightening dental visit in my life! A complete dental exam, plus additional information on TMJ, that affects the teeth as well. I am so impressed that this dental facility works with you with a "whole body" approach to care. "The knee bone's connected to the thigh bone".....all body matters for complete care. Cannot give praise enough for their mindset and care of the mouth and whole body!

We had just moved here to Brentwood from Ohio, when in April 2020 during the pandemic lockdown we found Balfour Dental, Dr. Sien and Dr. Rayani because they were the only dentist we found willing and available to see me for my denture implant emergency. Now they are our family dentist due to the following reasons: 1. Good helpful staff 2. Very modern equipment 3. They will give you option of choices 4. If you ask questions or ask to clarify things of concern they gladly answer and explain 5. Dr. Sien provides good preventive care, pointing out possible issues and options for treatment. In addition, I hope as part of my care, they will also be able to watch out for my overall health as could be gleaned from my dental health (?), if that's possible, and also help manage more affordable cost for me, at my senior age. UPDATE: Had my regular dental cleaning today April 4 2022. I want to mention how I appreciate the following: 1. The hygienist ( Shannon) is the best hygienist I ever had. 2. I can say Dr. Sien is perfectionist - coz he's given me the best fit and quality denture I've had so far, the one he did for me last year 2021.

I have major dental anxiety and they made my first visit to their office so welcoming I can't even begin to explain the ways. From the "welcome in Candice" sign, to making sure I was aware of every procedural process, and the level of understanding/sensitivity to my dental history.
