Ive made learning the cornerstone of my practice philosophy. After earning my dental degree, I completed residency training and numerous postgraduate programs in cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentistry.

Today, I offer you 34 years of experience along with gentle, unhurried care you will appreciate. Additionally, I have surrounded myself with a talented, supportive, and empathetic staff whom you will find exceptional. In his free time, Dr. Pearce enjoys spending time with his wife, Susan, who is a professional classical vocalist, and their children, Austin and Cassandra. Dr. Pearces hobbies include reading, traveling, exercise, and various outdoor sports.

There are many pro-military cliches, like, Freedom isnt Free, but none of these expressions fully summate the unselfish dedication and price our military men and women display. I am ever proud and thankful for my father, Richard Pearce (WWII veteran with two Purple Hearts and a Silver Star) and my son, Austin Pearce (LCpl USMC Infantry Purple Heart candidate for Afghanistan combat) for the price they paid so I can run my business freely as I choose.

Dr. Nicholas Magro is an upstate New York native, coming from Saranac Lake NY, who enjoys providing quality and gentle dentistry to all his patients. After earning a Bachelors of Science from Niagara University. Dr. Magro obtained his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University in Boston. After dental school, he participated in a year-long general practice residency at the Albany Stratton VA Medical Center which focused on providing advanced oral surgery, cosmetic, and restorative care to veterans. Dr. Magro is passionate about continuing education and regularly attends courses to continue with the latest advancements in dentistry. When Dr. Magro is not at the office he enjoys playing hockey and cooking, especially Italian food! Dr. Magro is excited to make patients feel great about their smile and to also be part of the Baldwinsville community. He looks forward to meeting you!

Christina has been with the practice since 2018. Her favorite part about being a dental assistant is seeing patients lives change when they get the smile they have always wanted. Christinas advice to her patients is always remember that there are options to change your smile.

One of my favorite parts of being a hygienist is how much time I get to spend with my patients, one-on-one. I enjoy meeting people from many walks of life whom I never would have met otherwise. I feel privileged to be a part of all my patients lives whether its a big or small part. Being a dental hygienist gives me a chance to change lives for the better. Im given an opportunity to treat people with empathy and caring in order to build a foundation of trust. When I am not making lives better one smile at a time I enjoy spending time with the love of my life, Adam and our three children. I also love to hunt and to be outside. I have a 10 year old daughter and a set of twins (boy/girl) who are 6 months old. We are building our dream home currently and we have a Soybean farm here in Baldwinsville.

Jodi may have become our treatment coordinator in January of 2017, but she fell in love with the dental field 22 years ago when a dentist who just opened his practice took her under his wing and hired her. She gets great satisfaction from helping patients achieve a healthy, beautiful smile.

While Sara really loves her numbers and spreadsheets, she also looks forward to having the opportunity to interact with and build relationships with patients everyday. This position gives her the opportunity to do both while working with an amazing team of professionals working towards a shared goal of healthy and happy smiles! She loves seeing how happy and relieved a patient is once they realize they have options available to achieve the smile they have always wanted. When Sara is not working, she enjoys gardening, cooking, going to concerts, and spending time with her husband and their 3 girls.
