I have been a patient of Dr. Louie since 1975. All my family members are under his care as well. We have always been very satisfied with his expert care and attention to details. His staff is always professional, pleasant, attentive and welcoming. It is always satisfying to see the same staff every year when we go in for our cleanings. It must say something about the working environment. My only comment is that he never retires. I would recommend him to anyone needing a great dentist.

I had my first appointment with Baldwin Louie and was very pleased. I went for a check up and teeth cleaning. Dr. Louie did the teeth cleaning, and I was very impressed. He did this very gently and carefully. Dr. Louie was very attentive to my comfort, and was so careful that there was no pain. It was definitely the best teeth cleaning experience.

The worst customer service, that is possible to imagine. And I didn't even had chance to talk to doctor. The front desk agent was unrespectful from the very beginning. Very rude, didn't even respond to my "hi, how are you".

Have been looking for a local dental practice and this place fits what I'm looking for - an efficient dentist with local vibes. Sought this place since it was a family practice 1/2 mile from the house. I left after my cleaning with childhood vibes from my Chinatown dentist who used to occur an office space below Empress of China. I had a great first visit and Dr. Baldwin regale me with stories of the changing neighborhood which was great. He's a friendly dentist that enjoys cleaning teeth...what more can you ask for!

Really great service! Baldwin Louie is such a sweet guy and very skilled! I got a nice cleaning as well as two cavity fillings, whole thing went smoothly :)
