Dr. Baldwin and his wife Shanda were born and raised in Cache Valley. They along with their children are excited to be home practicing family dentistry. Dr. Baldwin graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. He finished his dental school trainingat the University of Texas Health School of Dentistry in San Antonio, Texas. There he graduated Magna Cum Laude and stayed an additional year to complete a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency.
He is experienced in all aspects of dentistry including; wisdom teeth removal, placing and restoring implants, root canals, crowns and bridges, esthetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry and fillings. If you have anxiety about dental care or just want to be more comfortable when youre in the dental chair, Dr. Baldwin has extensive training in sedation dentistry. There are many options for you from laughing gas (nitrous oxide) to IV sedation which can be administered throughout the procedure which can keep you comfortably relaxed.
Dr. Burnham grew up in Orange County, California and received his Bachelors Degree from UVU. He continued his education at Oregon Health & Science University, School of Dentistry in Portland and received his DMD degree.

Dr Baldwin chipped a crown that was next to the tooth he was working on and would not take responsibility for it. We pay thousands of dollars for our dental work and he carelessly damaged another tooth that needed no work. He is very expensive not worth the cost! Dr Baldwin is dishonest, dishonorable and will not own his mistakes. Don't go!

I felt being cheated by their bill. The doctor and the nurse promised not to charge for sth but later it was in my bill. And the nurse and doctor us not professional at all. When I have my teeth filling, they were not caring and didn't suck the excess liquid in my mouth. I scheduled for filling 4 teeth but the doctor only did three and I have to wait for 2 months to get my last teeth done. I feel being cheated completely. I will never recommend this dental office

The best dentist I've ever been to. They really care about the comfort of their patients and will do anything to make it better for you. They are also not pushy for what you get done, it's whenever you decide to. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Dr. Baldwin is one of, if not the best dentist I've ever been to. He knows his stuff and has helped me and my family out so much and has gone above and beyond when he didn't have to. His staff is amazing as well.

I love Baldwin Family Dental! My experiences there have always been positive! They are very respectful, personable, and I felt like a valued patient every time. I've seen both dentists and they're both wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dentist!

My family and I have been going to Dr Baldwin for about 8 years now. He's a great dentist, with excellent chair side manner and after care. I've gone through some doozies of dental procedures and he personally always calls end of business to check on you to make sure you are ok. Love the staff and Baldwin, I have a special type of sense of humor and it's always a barrel of laughs when he has to put up with me. He's stuck with me, my hubs, n kids till we drive him into retirement. Thanks Dr Baldwin!! Ha!

I have to say that Doctor Baldwin is very professional. Not only was his staff very friendly and helpful, the doctor even called me later the day after my extractions just to make sure I was doing okay.I am almost 60 years old I've been to a lot of dentist over the years but I've never been to a friendlier kinder and more professional then Dr. Travis Baldwin. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Baldwin and staff are tops. We started going to Baldwin Family Dental over 8 years ago. I have had many dentists throughout my life with many different procedures having been performed on myself and other family members. Dr. Baldwin is an exceptional dentist. He's friendly and professional. The atmosphere in the office is always pleasant. They go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. He goes the extra mile if needed in an emergency situation. The girls in the office are friendly and courteous as well. I would highly recommend Baldwin Family Dental to anyone needing excellent dental care.

I'm very grateful for Baldwin Family Dental. They got me in last minute on a Sunday afternoon for an emergency tooth extraction. They did a great job and the dentist personally followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was doing okay. I've gone back to them two times since my first visit.

I am not a fan of dentists and I am extremely picky about them. When a friend recommended Travis, I was a little skeptical, but he is absolutely amazing! I won't go anywhere else, ever. He's just going to have to keep doing this till I die. Also, due to scheduling, I did see Dr Peterson a couple of times (same office) and he is phenomenal as well. These are people who love coming to work and it shows in their level of care and their staff is also friendly and professional and caring!!

Complete joke. I came in for a long over due visit needed after years of not being able to afford coverage only to be told sorry the only way we can help is if you spend more money for a periodontal cleaning. The x ray technician kept shoving x ray tabs in mouth for over 25 min. Now I'm in a situation where I lost my dental coverage. Thanks a lot Baldwin family dental my mouth is now in constant pain and there absolutely nothing I can do about it.
