Originally from Ogden, Utah, Dr. Baldwin attended Weber State University and went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University Dental School. After graduation, he worked in Corvallis, Oregon, for several years before deciding to escape the rain for the dry weather of Las Vegas.
He is experienced in all aspects of dentistry from implants to clear braces like Invisalign and ClearCorrect, and much more. He loves providing his patients with the latest in dental technology and takes many advanced courses each year to stay abreast of all the new techniques. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Nevada Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Bartlett grew up in many different cities but calls El Paso, Texas his home. After finishing his undergraduate education at Brigham Young University, he earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Roseman University of Health Sciences in Utah. Upon graduation, he completed a General Practice Residency in California at Community Regional Medical Center and Central California Veterans Hospital working in all aspects of dentistry. He loves learning the new and the latest dental techniques and technologies. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Bartlett enjoys his spare time with his wife and their three energetic boys. He loves the outdoors, sports, music and watching movies.
Originally from California, Lily moved to Las Vegas since 2001. She has been in the dental field for over 11 years now. She began as a Dental Assistant and did that for a couple of years. Then she was cross trained to do front office. The business and administration side became her passion, therefore she focused on everything involved up front since then. 'Becoming a part of Distinctive Dentistry has been a true honor. Dr. Baldwin and his staff are incredible professionals. They will go above and beyond when it comes to patient care.'
With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Caren knows a great dentist when she sees one. She also enjoys working alongside the rest ofDr. Kevin Baldwinsdental team. The great camaraderie everyone shares is an integral part of delivering proper care to patients. Caren is a native ofLas Vegasand loves spending time with her daughter. Whether biking or hiking, they love to get outdoors and enjoy trying new adventures. They love to frequent Disneyland and enjoy spending time with their family. She is currently at work on her Associate of Science degree.
Lauriestarted in the field of dentistry at the age of 15 years old as a dental assistant and worked for the same dentist for 15 years. She decided to advance in her career and become a dental hygienist and has been for 13 years now. She graduated from CSN in Las Vegas with an outstanding student award. She has a compassion for patients well being as well as their overall health. She prides herself on making the anxious ones feel at ease while in her care. She is a true people person. She is very happy to have joinedour beautiful office. She feels they all share the same values and ethics as health care professionals. She really enjoys spending quality time with her husband. They also share many common interests like walking, talking, exercising, going to movies, attending jazz concerts, as well as spending time with family and friends. They also very much enjoy the unconditional love that they share with their three cats.
In 1999 Gretchen attended magnet high school and studied health occupations landing her first job at a dental office.She fell in love with dentistry.She then pursued her career in Dental Hygiene graduating from CSN in 2006.She is thankful to Dr Baldwin for allowing her the opportunity to work at his beautiful office becoming part of his great team!

Linda has over 30 years experience in the dental Industry. She love working again in a great environment with great co workers and Dr. Baldwin who is kind and caring. Originally from Syracuse New York she moved to Las Vegas in 2008 looking for sunshine and family. She loves being outside hiking, biking, and gardening.
Sherry McCourt has lived in the Las Vegas area off and on since 1966, she relocated here the middle of her junior year of high school, and she graduated from Rancho High. She married a military man, moved to the east coast and Europe for the next 23 years, attend dental assisting school in Brighton, MA.Sherry returned to the Las Vegas area in 2015, to live near her family, she has 30+ years in the dental field both front and back office received her CDA in 1981 in Berlin, Germany. Working as a dental assistant for the U.S. Army civil service. Returned to the United States 1984 working as dental assistant with U.S. Army for another 6 years. She has changed dental careers and starting learning the all about the front office business end of dentistry, since 1990. Dentistry isnt just a hobby but a career that I have chosen. I feel very fortunate to work with Dr. Baldwin and the rest of the staff great environment to work in and with some of the best people in the Las Vegas area I love my job.
