I had cleaning and three dental extractions done. All three extractions had remaining tooth still attached to my gums. The dentist knew I was leaving town. Perhaps that's why he didn't care so much?

Does not support military, lies about insurance coverage, lies about cost, damaged tooth which required another dentist to remove. Forges documents for "responsible party". Unethical business practices.

In the past the Dentist office was a place I avoided. Since coming to see Dr. Ben my fear of the dentist office has been overcome. Dr. Ben and his staff has made me at ease. The best dentist office in Hopkins and surrounding counties. I have and would recommend him to everyone.

Everyone is very friendly. The receptionist showed me around the facility, offered me coffee/water, and gave me a free shirt. My appointment was at 12PM and I was in a chair at 12:06PM. Ms. Libby did a fabulous job at explaining everything and taking care of my teeth. I highly recommend them.

I was having a very painful problem with a wisdom tooth of mine. The earliest I could even begin to get it taken care of by other dentist was four weeks out. I called Baldwin and got it taken care of the next day. They also have some really nice customer service.

Going there for many years. Always feels like a extended family. Kind and treat you as if you really matter. Everything is done to make you feel comfortable and treated special. Extremely Good in all aspects of taking care of whatever your issue might be. Would not go anywhere else.

This place is awesome. The people are friendly and very informative on everything. They take the time to explain every step of the process. They make you feel comfortable. The absolute best experience I've ever had at a dentist. I'm definitely coming back!!
