Do NOT recommend! *Please read* I went in this afternoon to have (2) of my bottom wisdom teeth extracted. This was my first time meeting Dr. Bald. I was beyond nervous and conveyed this to Dr. Bald. He cracked some jokes and did his normal spill... Talking about during surgery, post-op, etc. & went on about his business. I was taken back to surgery room and prepped for procedure. My biggest fear was being put to sleep, not the wisdom tooth extraction itself. Not even the pain after the operation. As I'm in the chair, I was given an IV with fluids and they put oxygen on me. They also began to monitor my heart rate. I started to PANIC! I requested to sit up and was told I needed to lay down. "Let me give you this medication so you can feel better" is what was said to me. I just wanted to sit up so I could breath and gather myself. I was in such a panic I told them I didn't think I could go thorough with surgery. They kept telling me to not sit up -- that I was going to pass out. They nurse left out of them room and went and told Dr. Bald what was happening. He came in the room and said, "You need to find somewhere else to go because I'm NOT playing these games with you!" .... Um, excuse me???? Am I missing something here? I'm having a PANIC ATTACK & am petrified of being put to sleep and this is what the DOCTOR that is going to operate on me says to me... I was APPALLED. The staff respectfully took out the IV and put equipment up. They sat with me until I calmed down. I then asked if I could have Valium or something to calm me down so I could go ahead with surgery or reschedule for another time. The nurse went and asked Dr. Bald and he DENIED my request stating again that I need to go find someone else to do surgery. I was then charged $300 for getting an x-ray....!!?!! I am seriously shocked at the unprofessionalism by this doctor. I have never in my life been treated like this and made to feel bad for being anxious and scared about something I've never had done before. And to mention... I am now laying in bed at home from work in pain... Now to start all over again Do your research people. I will never recommend this doctor to anybody.

They accepted our insurance but were not in our network so we paid in full for services upfront an insurance also paid an we only reimbursed 1115.00 of 2510.00 so why do we pay an insurance also pays thats getting paid 2 times for 1 service

Dr. Bald is an absolutely top notch Orthodontist who came highly recommended and deservedly so! The Doc's staff were friendly, efficient, very skilled, and get top marks on their infection control practices! That's very important since the TrumpVirus is spreading everywhere else! The Doc is very personable, extremely professional, and very informative as to what he's doing so you know what's going on. Painless extractions! Not often a visit to the Dentist is enjoyable, but the Doc made it so, and took care of my problems in one visit! And all at a reasonable cost! Dr. Bob Tanner

I was very nervous about my procedure. I had to be put under, but after I met Doctor Bald and his staff, they put me at ease. My oral surgery which included 4 wisdom teeth and 2 molars being surgically removed went better than I could have ever expected. I highly recommend Doctor Bald!

I was very nervous about my procedure. I had to be put under, but after I met Doctor Bald and his staff, they put me at ease. My oral surgery which included 4 wisdom teeth and 2 molars being surgically removed went better than I could have ever expected. I highly recommend Doctor Bald!

Nicest guy. I didn't know my tooth was pulled until he said it... felt nothing. Definitely recommend. Nice staff.

Dr.bald is the best he pulled my top jaw tooth and i didnt feel a thing i didnt even feel the needle you are truly the best.

They were really friendly and nice, the price was decent. However I had a tooth and wisdom tooth pulled, noticed a week later it hurt worse than before the procedure. Come to find out they didn't get all of the tooth out. Now I will have to go back in and get the rest of the tooth out. I am very disappointed I have to go through this again because they didn't do it right the first time.

Dr.Bald was one of the nicest dentist I have been 2. He made feel a lot better bout the decision I have to make bout all my teeth having to come out. DR.BALD ROCKS
