I came to this practice for the first time with my 19 month old daughter for her first visit at the dentist. From the moment we walked in, I was pleased. It was such a fun, bright, and clean environment. We were greeted by the staff at the front who were very nice. As we walked my daughter back to the room, she was able to pick a rubber duck out of a basket to break the ice. She enjoyed all of the wall decorations on the way to the room. My husband and I experienced much ease with how patient and assertive the assistant and doctor were. They truly made my daughters first experience amazing. I am so happy I chose Bala Kids Dentistry for my daughters first experience, and am looking forward to continuing.

This is one of the Best Dental appointments that I went to with my son! Staff was very professional, and Doctor was Amazing. They made him feel comfortable and he loved his experience. I would highly recommend this practice!

Awesome staff, awesome facility, awesome experience. I was super pleased with my daughter's first visit. Went for an emergency visit but instantly knew that I found her a new dentist. We felt comfortable from the moment we walked in & my daughter especially loved the brightly colored, kid friendly space & the fact that Moana, her favorite movie was playing on the flat screen tv positioned right over the dental chair. Looking forward to our follow up visit...

Love both Dr. Sheedah and Dr. Root! They really know how to put the kids at ease and the parents too! My poor daughter had two teeth that need to get extracted one week apart. I was so worried about her the second time and was nearly in tears, and Dr. Sheedah and her staff could tell. They took such great care of my daughter and was done so fast. But they also comforted me and gave me updates every few minutes. I'm so grateful for them and love how my kids have never been scared to go to the dentist.

What a fantastic experience. Office is well run and clean. The way the dentist explained the procedure to my daughter was absolute perfection. They need to give classes to other providers on how it's done! Thank you so much for the outstanding care.

I absolutely love this office! Everyone is so great with my four year old daughter, they do a great job explaining to her what is happening and it helps her to get through the appointment. Highly recommend them!

Amazing staff. Very friendly. They move quick with your child but explain very clearly why they need to brush. They also actually listen to your child when they have a question or concern and answer them.

What an AMAZING first visit! My son was so excited about the kid-friendly atmosphere, and how kind everyone was. I was very happy about the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff! Both of us were impressed that there was no waiting! Everyone was so nice, and we highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a kids dental practice! Thank you Bala Kids!

I cannot sing enough praise for Dr. Sheedeh Madani and the rest of the team at Bala Kids Dentistry. They are professional, kind, understanding, patient, gentle, and caring. And most importantly, they are phenomenal at what they do. It's honestly impressive to watch them, as a parent, work so seamlessly with a great understanding of children. We're newer to the practice, but they enter the room knowing our names, and history, and express genuine interest in their patients. They have gone above and beyond during each of our visits. In fact, we've had to deal with challenging situations beyond cleanings and they hit it out of the park every single time. Highly recommended.

Bala Kids Dentistry is great! I very much appreciate their commitment to safety and hygiene. It was a breath of fresh air to find an entire practice masked correctly. The entire staff was wonderful with my child. The experience was absolutely lovely. 13/10 highly recommend!

Dr Madani is awesome! Always a pleasure! Not one bad experience. Never feel rushed or that your child doesn't matter. She is patient and sincere with each appt. She truly cares about her patients!

This is an exceptional children's dental practice. My kids always have a very positive experience here, which is due to the high level of care from the staff, taking the time to address them by their names, and explaining everything in detail to help with their nerves. It's a gift to be able to create and maintain positive associations with doctors offices for any child, and Dr. Madani, Dr. Root and the entire staff at Bala Kids Dentistry do so wonderfully.

The staff is so nice and Dr. Madani was so kind and did our daughter's exam very quickly and took the time to talk to us and answer our questions. The office is cheerful and everyone was so so friendly.

The office was clean and the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. There were fun toys and beautiful artwork for my child to enjoy. There was a tv above the dentist's chair offering a wide selection of familiar shows to help my child get comfortable. They took every measure to help my 15 month-old get through her first dental appointment including let her sit in my lap during her exam and cleaning. Very satisfied, will definitely return!

Dr Madani and their (particularly Francesca and Vanessa) staff were amazingly patient and kind to our very active 5 year old who was never a fan of the dentist to start. That day changed when we switched this fantastic dentistry. Highly recommend!
