Dr. Madani spent time detailing my surgery. His warmth and humor made me feel comfortable and assured. On the day of the surgery I received excellent care and attention. Following the surgery, I felt little pain or discomfort.

Several years ago My Dentist referred me to Dr. Madani to have my wisdom teeth pulled as well as my daughter's wisdom teeth. My daughter and I had a great experience. I had a root extraction in preparation for an implant. I just recently had the screw (whatever the correct name is) placed. Another pleasant experience. Dr. Mandani and his staff are the best. I will always use him for any oral surgical procedures that I may need. I posted this a little while ago and my feelings are still the same!! Dr. Madani and his staff are the best!!!

My son had all his wisdom teeth removed. The procedure from start to finish took a little less than an hour. The staff was professional and pleasant and Dr. Madani was the absolute best. He took his time explaining the process and made us feel at ease. Dr. Madani is also funny. After the procedure, I expected my son to be in pain and have a swollen face. Guess what, he experienced none of that. He actually had no pain at all. We also followed the post Op instructions to a T. He only took ibuprofen twice the day of the surgery just to be on the safe side(not because he had discomfort). I would highly recommend Bala Institute of Oral Surgery.

My Son had to have all 4 his Wisdom Teeth pulled and Dr. Madani handled him with such care and reassured him he would be just fine. He a pleasure to work with and as promised, my Son is fine and healing well. On a separate occasion, I had to consult with Dr. Madani for myself. Although he did not perform my Surgery, he helped me understand the process and referred me to another excellent Oral Surgeon.

Having snoring surgery with Dr. Madani is the worst mistake I have ever made in my life. It ruined my voice. It's a bit more nasal and higher pitched. I knew that was a possibility, I repeatedly expressed concerns about this and other complications, and I asked him to be conservative, but he performed a total uvulectomy anyway, leaving other parts of the palate pretty much untouched. This is the opposite of what I wanted and what most practitioners recommend to avoid complications. I didn't feel it was my place to tell an ENT doctor how to perform a surgery but I should have been more assertive. He also performed a nasal turbinate reduction despite the fact that I had already done this twice and had expressed reservations about this. I'm exhausted all the time. I knew his approach was unorthodox but I was desperate for relief from disruptive snoring and apnea. The red flags should have been obvious. They took x-rays the morning of surgery when I was a nervous wreck and hadn't eaten anything. One of the first things he said when I woke up from surgery was "See? No voice changes" as if to try to convince his staff or me. For reasons that were never explained to me, they sent uvula tissue for a biopsy to Temple. That was apparently just a kickback to his other practice, since there was never any concern or need to do that. He told obvious lies about how he used to perform 5+ of these surgeries a day. He seems like a nice enough guy and I genuinely appreciate the time he spent explaining the procedure but his approach is unorthodox and I do not recommend having snoring surgery with him. I will probably be sharing my story with medical malpractice attorneys.

I was very pleased with service provided by Dr. Madani and his staff. Everyone was accommodating to my needs and very attentive.
