I had a great experience at Bakersfield Smile Design. I was seen in a timely manner, my hygienist explained everything that she was going to do, step by step, and Dr. Krauss told me I have zero cavities where some other dentist told me I have two. I thought that was very curious... Also, Amber, the receptionist was polite and professional. I won't be going anywhere else, that's for sure!

I have been scared to go back to the dentist for a out 9 yrs now due to a crown issue...but now I was embarrassed about the rest of my mouth because I let it go....oral hygienist was super good didn't make me feel embarrassed and brought my teeth back to life...thank you very much...and I need work done the dentist seems to be very compassionate and involved in what your concerns are...I'll give an update when I get the work done...but so far very happy with the care I have gotten

I love Bakersfield Smile Design and Dr. Krauss. I had to have dentures and they did a great job. My mouth was really bad and now I have a beautiful smile. I hated to have pictures taken because of my smile and now I love it. Thank you Dr. Krauss and all the wonderful staff.

This is regarding my mom Nina Barks who is 91 years old. She had lower dentures made at Dr Krauss' office. Unfortunately, my mom is very disappointed in the dentures. She has tried to wear them but can't because they hurt her gums. I have taken her back several times to have them worked on but still she cannot wear them. She paid almost $3,000 for just the lowers and feels she needs to go somewhere else and start over. Can she possibly get a refund?

Had my temporary crowns procedure done in the office today and when I say I am so blessed to have found them I really mean it.
