Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Everyone from the check to the check out were very helpful! My hygienist was so gentle I almost feel asleep. My dentist Is very kind and you can barely feel her in your mouth. Love everyone who looks after my dental care.

This dentist has to be the worst run dentist I've ever been to. The people who schedule cleanings try to get money out of you. Even when you have insurance and tell them specifically to only schedule for thing covered by your dental insurance. So when you arrive they tell you you're going to be paying $250 out of pocket. So they waste your time and vacation hours that you work hard for only to tell you they aren't going to see you unless you pay extra money. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

I spent 4 hours trying to find a dentist that would take my insurance for an emergency appointment. Bakersfield Dental Group was the 17th office I called. They made my day not only by accepting my insurance, got me in the next day and were the nicest people I talked to all day. The appointment today mirrored this experience and I now love my dentist. Thank you to the entire office.

First time patient and had a great experience with entire staff from the dentist, hygienist, to the reception staff. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Very clean office, safety practices and appear to have the latest equipment and procedures. Glad to have found this dentist.

I have been going here for years. Never had a bad experience. I had the worst customer service experience with ALL of the office ladies today. I was having issues getting insurance verification. They were rude and very unprofessional. I got hung up on. Shortly after I got an email stating that my phone number got deleted from their system. I called again and my call got forwarded! When I called yet again they had me speak to their manager, whom I expressed my concerns to and she casually brushed it off and said she'd be more than HAPPY to cancel my appointment. Yea me too ! Very, very unprofessional ladies, who did not want to "deal with me"and could care less about showing pleasant customer service skills and/or keeping loyal customers.

Dr. Bang and her staff is the best in town. I moved to a closer dentist office for a year and returned to Dr. Bang as soon as possible. Bakersfield Dental Groups kind service and patient care are unmatched. The best in Bakersfield is Bakersfield Dental Group.

I've been attending Bakersfields dental group for a while now. Every single time I came in the ladies upfront have treated me like family.
