Dr. Khoshsar learned from an early age the need for good dental care. As a small child, he experienced severe toothaches. And that experience gave him the desire to help relieve that pain from others. Following in his sisters footsteps, Dr. Khoshsar graduated in 1996 from the University of Tehran with a Doctor in Dental Surgery (D.D.S.). Thereafter, he successfully practiced dentistry there for 13 years in his own dental clinic as well as being a director in several dental centers.

At Baker Ranch Dental Spa & Implant Center we have created a world-class dental practice in Orange County, specializing in several problems of mouth and facial region. Above all, extensive training is the foundation to providing exceptional care to our patients.
Infection control in our office is also very important to us. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain cleanliness and cross contamination processes as per the standards of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Dr Ramin Khoshsar learned from an early age of the need for good dental care. As a small child, he experienced severe toothaches. Following in his sisters footsteps, Dr. Khoshsar graduated in 1996 from the University of Tehran with a Doctor in Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) and successfully practiced dentistry there for 13 years in his own dental clinic. Not only that, he also served as a director in several dental centers.
In 2010, he moved to the United States and attended Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. There, he received his Doctor in Dental Medicine (D.M.D) degree in 2014, with an Honor degree in Fixed Prosthodontics.
In 2014 Dr. Khoshsar was awarded the prestigious The Best Achievement and Technique Annual Award from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID). In 2015 he received a post-graduate Fellowship degree in Implantology and full mouth reconstruction from the same Dental School, NSU, in Florida. Soon after, he relocated to Orange County, CA and continued his work.
In September of 2016, Dr. Khoshsar opened Baker Ranch Dental Spa and Implant Center, to help serve the Lake Forest/Foothill Ranch, CA and surrounding areas with the best dental care available. He has a passion for fine arts and draws from that passion a desire to learn all of the most up to date techniques and a drive to provide his patients with state of the art and excellent dental care.

Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly. Dr. Khoshsar is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what's going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. Thanks to the entire team.

One Review here claims this dentist has been giving out gift cards for positive reviews. Prove it! I have spent over $30,000 in the past three years with this dentist. It started with a botched work by another dentist in Huntington Beach. Dr Khoshsar has never offered a gift card for my reviews. I hate lies and liars. If you had a bad experience share it. But don't go around spreading lies. I suspect the writer of that review has a very low moral character.

My first appointment here, the dental assistant had to leave and tried to dissuade me from getting a cleaning. When I told her that was the whole reason for my appointment, the Dr said he would do the cleaning. The general cleaning itself was very painful and tough, which I have never experienced in the past. But I gave him the benefit of the doubt since he probably didn't perform cleanings often. I had to return for some dental work, and the Dr tried to dissuade me from getting numbed, by saying it wouldn't hurt. He was so adamant that I went along . When he started the work it was very painful and I asked him if we could just numb the area. He seemed bothered by this, but numbed it after asking me if I was sure I wanted to be numbed. Fast forward, my insurance denied the work, saying that there was not enough sufficient evidence. I was fighting with my insurance for months and when the insurance didn't change their stance, I asked for a payment plan. I was not expecting to pay $1,200 so I asked if I could get a 6 month payment plan. At that point the lady on the phone had a rude tone and said "it shouldn't take the dentist a year to get paid"........ I mean... it shouldn't take me 6 months to pay it off either, but here we are. Would never return. They have foul practices.

Baker Ranch Dental Spa is great! They make you feel very comfortable during your visit & provide amazing results. I am very happy with the work that I had done, and the process was very easy. The office is super clean as well! I'd recommend Dr. Khoshsar to anyone.

I arrived at my appointment and nobody was there expect for doctor himself. Doctor gave me papers to fill and later staff showed up and they had to give me back and forth instruction. Equipment outdated (I haven't seen for more than 10 years) assistants were rude. Practice was very invasive and all they wanted was to hook you up with "new patient special" and forceful sale. I might be a cheap person, but this is definitely a cheap practice.

Dr Khohsar is an excellent dentist. He is a very accommodating dentist and very knowledgeable. He takes care of his patients very well. His whole staff is very helpful. I would recommend him as a dentist.

DO NOT SEE THIS HACK!!!! Warning!!!!! First time I saw this guy, long story short, needed 2 root canals and caps later. He said he would give me a "good deal"....yeah. so my insurance denied the work he wanted...and 3 days later one of the teeth needing major work started to give me pain to where I could not lay down. Scheduled the soonest appointment witch was today. Got there and this hack drills I to my tooth to try and kill the nerve. The numbing was not working as I felt everything. After 3 attempts I was done. He gave me a scrip for some antibiotics and tells the pain should go away in a few days. Ummmm my TOOTH IS STILL OPEN!!!!!! YOU HACK!!! same day at another dentist was actually Givin the option to remove the tooth and so to relieve my pain I had it removed.

Worst dentist ever, he is very unprofessional and he doesn't know any customer service at all. I was surprised by his treatment. I don't recommend him to anyone. He has a lot of issues that I am shocked how he became a dentist in the U.S. He needs to see a psychiatrist. He also gave people gift cards to give him 5 stars review. Please don't believe most of the reviews over here. It's FAKE.

I needed dental care during the early phase of the Covid-19 pandemic and had a lot of anxiety about going into a dentist office at that time. When I walked in I saw that everything looked super clean, professional and when I was greeted by friendly staff I was more at ease. After talking with Dr. Ramin Khoshsar about my dental procedures I was sure I came to the right place. He offered the latest technologies for the procedures that I needed so I proceeded and completed all the dental procedures. I thought it was going to be scary and painful but everything went smoothly and absolutely no pain during the procedures and Dr. Ramin and staff made sure I was comfortable at all times during the procedures. I am very happy with all the work I had done from this dentistry. Dr. Ramin Khoshsar is very professional, experienced and has the right touch.

Dr. Khoshsar fixed a botched work by my previous dentist. It was a long and arduous work. But he was patient and I finally have my implant. It has been about eight months and have not had to go back for any adjustments. I have moved away from the area - about two hrs away. However, he will be my dentist of choice, and, two hrs for me is worth the drive then change dentists.
