Dr. Mac L. Baker has been practicing dentistry in Brookhaven, since graduating from the University of Tennessee Dental School, in 1986. He and his professional staff handle all areas of dentistry, including general , cosmetic , and implant dentistry, at competitive prices. His goal is to provide all areas of dental care, so few referrals are neccessary.

Front desk receptionist is absolutely rude and ignorant to everyone. Avoid her if you can at all costs. Beware: you will be waiting for hours in the back while the girls laugh and giggle with each other and flirt with patients. Avoid this place. A lot of money for sub-par service.

The front desk woman was incredibly rude. So rude that I didn't stick around to find out about the rest of the staff. I found a different dentist and don't plan on going back ever.

The front desk ladies are the rudest people I've ever met in my life. Tried telling me not to talk to the black people that came in. I'm a grown woman and I'll talk to whoever I want to talk to. I'm astounded that there are still racists people working in public places. Like the dentist, people are trying to get their teeth fixed, not racially profiled. DO BETTER!!!

I was in a bind..broke my tooth and having to leave town for a job. Dr. Baker fixed me right up. His staff was kind and got me in ASAP.

Rude staff! Nurses are extremely rude! Tried to explain to the staff the patient is in need of someone to be in the back with them but staff wants to get an attitude and be very rude and not care. Do not send your kids or family here if you care about them. Send them to Brookway Dental!!!

Thankful they were able to get me in that afternoon, but Dr. Baker was rude and sarcastic. He was very rough and showed no sympathy/empathy whatsoever. I was not numb when he started cutting out and pulling my teeth, and he didn't stop even though I was crying, screaming, and beating on the arm rests until I had an anxiety attack and began to hyperventilate!
