I never thought when I was a child going to the dentist, that I would return to the very same office to practice pediatric dentistry myself. I am truly blessed to be doing what I love and to love what I do. I have created a rewarding and satisfying career by combining my passion for children and dentistry. My goal is to make each childs visit to the dentist a comfortable and positive experience using state of the art, cutting edge and refined dental techniques, as well as kindness, patience and gentle behavior guidance, while instilling good dental hygiene that each child will carry into adulthood. I establish a good rapport with every child and parent by gaining their trust, being compassionate and learning the needs of every patient as an individual. Through songs, demonstrations and age appropriate explanations, I teach children how to maintain proper oral hygiene at home. I know I have accomplished my goal when a child who enters my office with apprehension, gives me a hug or a high five at the end of his or her visit. I hope that each child will carry with him or her the same positive memories of childhood visits to this dental office that I fondly remember each day as I walk into the office I now call my second home.
Dr. Baitner was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida. She is married to her husband Jay and they have four wonderful children Zeke, Julia, Stella and Lucy. In her spare time Dr. Baitner likes to cook, read books and spend time with her family.

My daughter had a surgery with Dr. Baitner. She was not walking normally for over 4 years. She had the surgery late last year. Within six months she was barely limping. She still has a very slight limp but that will take time to correct as her muscles grow in the underutilized leg. The Dr was amazing, spent time with us at every visit, was kind and very informative ( and confident ) in his abilities. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for all you did Dr. Avi Baitner.

There are a lot of things I like about Dr Baitner but today I am so in awe that I had to post a review! She is very conservative and really tries to avoid doing unnecessary dental work, which is a rare and precious attribute in a dentist. Today however, as my daughter refused to get her fillings, completely going berserk, and screaming her head off, Dr Baitner stayed so cool and calm. Even after having to re-do the fillings multiple times, she never once got irritated or exasperated with my daughter or even the situation. On top of that she finished the treatment and then smiled brightly at my daughter, was warm and kind, and sweet. It was awe-inspiring. I am so grateful.

Recently moved to Florida. We have been here twice. They are amazing and so helpful. My son had three cavities that they fixed that day. I will never go anywhere else. Everyone here is so helpful and accommodating.

My son LOVES the dentist and it's all thanks to Dr Baitner and her staff, everyone is amazing. They're all very helpful, very kind and pleasant and are so great with kids. Best pediatric dentist office!

Staff is so friendly and answered all my daughters questions. Shes 4 but very talkative and asks a lot of questions. They were patient and sweet with her. They also give the kids a little prize for behaving.

This is the best pediatric dental practice around. My son has tremendous fear of the dentist. He had to get a tooth pulled on a Sunday morning. The staff made him feel so comfortable. We were in and out in a few minutes. Now he asks when he can go back!

Baitner Pediatric Dentistry deserves more than 5 stars! My son broke his tooth and needed to be seen ASAP; even though my son wasn't a current patient, Dr. Baitner was able to see him within the hour. Because the appointment was made so quickly, I needed help getting my insurance verified - Doreen was absolutely beyond helpful, super-friendly and patient. She was an absolute pleasure and made a very frustrating situation easier to deal with. When we arrived, my son was seen immediately and Dr. Baitner was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She has a really wonderful, calm demeanor that no doubt puts kids, and parents alike, at ease. Everyone in the office was really such a pleasure, I couldn't have been more pleased. Once the tooth was extracted (which took no more than about 15 mins), we were on our way and my son was pain-free. Needless to say, Dr. Baitner is my children's new dentist. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

I have been coming to this Dr. Baitner since my daughter has been little. I love the staff, they are so friendly and knowledgeable it's amazing! They truly are a representation of Dr. Baitner! I recommend her to all my friends and family! They are so attentive and super fast and efficient! I love coming here, I wish she were my dentist! But as long as she is my daughters I am great Thank you for such a great environment

From check in to checkout a complete pleasant experience. I was nervous for my LO but they made him feel so comfortable. He did his cleaning with out a single tear. Would definitely recommend ! Thank you Baitner Dentistry , you gained a loyal patient in my son.

Excellent customer service. Kids treated like kings in this office. Bunch of toys, balloons and coins to entertain upset kiddos. Dr. Baitner is very attentive, kind and professional dentist. I love that I only pay for what I request to be done though I never felt to be pushed on doing work we didn't need.
