Highly recommend! I went there to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled. I was super nervous but Dr. Bain and his staff made me feel 100% comfortable. During my procedure, For entertainment, I was able to watch the tv that was above my head. Dr. Bain updated me often to let me know what was going on and they were very professional. The recovery was better than I expected. I was given painkillers but after the first day, I must say I did not have issues with pain which shows how gentle they were with my mouth. Please listen to me and trust Dr. Bain as your dentist! He and his team are incredible! 10/10!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst dentist I've ever seen. Staff is lazy. You can't ever get anyone on the phone. They are in it for the money. Sold me a flipper telling me I could do everything with it that I can with a bridge. Turned out that wasn't true. They to fill a tooth that I've already decided on my own the flipper was a waste of money and I want the bridge. But they are going to do that another time so they can make the extra money on it. You never see the same person, and I've only met one staff member who I really felt cared. Would never recommend this place.

Not happy at all! Dr. Bain was very arrogant and appeared to only care about making money. He did not seem to have a very good rapport with his patients (well at least me). Very discouraging and condescending. I had been a patient in the Carrollton office for a few years. The staff in Carrollton were very nice and helpful. When I saw they had a new office in Villa Rica, I was more than happy to visit them since the new office was closer to my home. Big mistake. The office failed to give me options on my tooth replacement and when I asked Dr. Bain he seemed bothered to go over the options. I had a tooth extraction today. The staff did not go over the aftercare plan. When I got home I noticed the bag and instructions so I read I was to take a pain pill 30 minutes after the procedure. It would have been nice for them to verbally go over those instructions so I wouldn't have been in pain. I pray nothing goes wrong because he pulled my tooth and the hygienist handed me the prescriptions and walked me out. I had to ask again to have the replacement options printed so I could make an informed decision on how to move forward. Felt very uncomfortable and ignored. I do have more work to be done but do not plan to spend any money with Bain Dental. Contrary to Bain Dental Staff's opinion, dental patients are consumers and have a choice as to where to spend your dental care dollars. It will not be with a dental group that makes you feel ignored and unimportant!
