We offer Select dental plans (same as a DHMO), PPO plans, ePPO plans and dual-choice coverage. In addition, we also provide full administrative support for strategic partnerships, health plans and Third Party Administrators (TPAs). And our selection of vision plans offers coverage for a wide range of budgets.

From groups ranging in size from two to several thousand, we serve full and part-time employees and members of associations, chambers of commerce, fraternal organizations, credit unions, student bodies, State and Federal governments and more.

Regardless of which administrative responsibilities are selected, simple, straightforward plan implementation is guaranteed, allowing its client to add dental to its health plan offerings with minimal effort.

Mike Davis, President and Chief Operating Officer Mike is a founder of Dominion National and has overall responsibility for the company. He has nearly 30 years of experience in dental benefits and had served in various executive positions with MIDA Dental Plans, a successful DHMO in the Mid-Atlantic region, prior to establishing Dominion. Under Mike's leadership, Dominion has grown to serve over 900,000 members, offer access to over 300,000 national dentist listings and employ a staff of over 200. Dominions expansion offering benefits to commercial groups, individuals and health plans resulted in the companys 2016 re-brand to Dominion National.

Michael Brashears,Vice President, Sales Michael has nearly 10 years of experience in the benefits industry. Prior to joining Dominion, he served as a broker manager with Kelly & Associates Insurance Group. Michael is past president of the Baltimore Association of Health Underwriters. He is responsible for leading Dominionscommercial group sales efforts to drive membership and revenue growth.Carlos M. Fernndez, Director of Compliance and Regulatory AffairsCarlos is an attorney with over 13 years of compliance, legal and regulatory experience. Before joining Dominion, he served as Vice President - Legal and Compliance, for Delta Dental of Puerto Rico. Carlos oversees all aspects of Dominions Compliance Program and regulatory efforts.Tangela Gilchrist,Vice President, Human ResourcesTangela has over 19 years of human resources experience in the healthcare industry. Before joining Dominion, she served in a leadership role with Childrens Health System. Tangela oversees all aspects of human resources including employee recruitment, benefits, policies, training, leadership development and facilities.Mark Haraway,Vice President, Client Services and Strategic AccountsMark has been in the dental benefits industry for more than 26 years. He has had direct oversight of sales, service and provider relations as well as extensive roles in marketing and product development across a range of delivery systems (DHMO, PPO, traditional) and financing arrangements. He also oversaw government dental programs for state government and health plan clients in the Medicaid and Medicare segment. In his role at Dominion, Mark has responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the customer experience for Dominion clients.Felix Layne, Vice President, FinanceFelix is a Certified Management Accountant with over 30 years of finance experience in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Dominion, Felix served as Vice President of Finance with DentaQuest. He currently oversees the companys accounting and finance efforts.Bernadette Marx, Director of UnderwritingBernadette oversees Dominions underwriting department and is responsible for financial analytics and driving profitable growth in all of Dominions markets. She brings over 25 years of experience, including underwriting management roles with United Concordia and Cigna.Dave Orlando,Vice President, OperationsDave has over 30 years of experience, including 20 years as Corporate Vice President of Operations at MVP Health Care, a New York-based health plan, and two-and-a-half years as Chief Operating Officer of Network Health, a Wisconsin-based health plan. He oversees Dominions member services, provider relations, information services and technology, project management, claims, credentialing, reporting and quality assurance.Jay Rausch, Vice President, Business DevelopmentJay has over 28 years of managed care dental and health experience. He has previously served as Vice President, Strategic Alliances for Superior Vision, Vice President of Business Development for Dental Benefit Providers (DBP), a United Health Group Company, and as Vice President and Dental Product Manager for GE Financial Assurance, a division of GE Capital. He is responsible for leading Dominions current and new strategic alliance partnerships.Jeff Schwab,Vice President, MarketingJeff has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations and corporate communications. He is responsible for leading Dominions marketing, public relations and advertising efforts, as well as overseeing the companys proposals, new product launches and individual product lines both on and off the exchanges. Jeff also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Dental Plans (NADP)to support NADP's mission to promote and advance the dental benefits industry to improve consumer access to affordable, quality dental care.Wayne Silverman,D.D.S, Dental DirectorDr. Silverman has more than 30 years of consulting, teaching and private practice experience. He helps design and review Dominions plans, policies and administrative procedures. He is also an associate professor of restorative dentistry at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry.Andy Tate,Associate Vice President, OperationsAndy has over 15 years of operations leadership experience in multiple industries. Before joining Dominion, Andy served in various leadership roles with Capital One and American Express. Andy is directly responsible for claims, plan and network administration, credentialing and quality improvement.

I tried to register online , it was a nightmare to find the register button l had to Google it , when trying to register to enter dob is another nightmare a calendar pop up and u have to scroll left for an hour to get to your dob and I'm not too old Trying to reach them by phone is tempting the impossible

No one answers the phone. The website is barely functional. No service provided whatsoever. This is literally my worst ever customer service experience. Avoid giving them any of your money.

Their website is down and they never answer the phone to take a payment. I got a letter saying they're going to cancel my insurance.

59 minutes to answer the phone, I did not receive my ID card in three months or my plan. they accept the doctor the first time then they cancel it. staff very rude, didn't care that i was upset and didn't care that I asked him to cancel the plan. 0 star
