At Bailey Orthodontics, we love seeing our patients smile blossom into something truly beautiful. The long-term relationship Dr. Bailey establishes with her patients is quite special because people tend to remember their orthodontist forever. Our mission is to create stunning smiles through exceptional customer care, strong team collaboration, and a powerful determination to always strive for the best.
Dr. Bailey was born on the Caribbean, in the beautiful nation of Trinidad & Tobago, then spent many of her formative years in Ottawa, Canada. Her positive experience as a patient, having worn braces as a teenager, sparked her passion for dentistry and molded her dream to become an orthodontist.
Dr. Bailey attended schools in Canada and Florida, then completed her dental education at Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, DC and has been working as an orthodontist in various communities in Virginia ever since. Dr. Bailey is dedicated to serving her community and opened Bailey Orthodontics with a vision to incorporate community service into her work. Her diverse background and exposure to many cultures influenced her goals for practice ownership and her vision of creating a inclusive environment for her patients and her team.
In her free time, Dr. Bailey enjoys exploring our nations capitol with her family and loves to participate in the many cultural and seasonal events that this area has to offer. Travel, cooking, hiking, and keeping up to date with continuing education in orthodontics are some of her other pastimes!

Dr Bailey is fantastic! We have had a very personable experience throughout my child's treatment. Dr Bailey is very thorough with instructions and explanations. I have never felt rushed when trying to understand the process. She is always very helpful with our questions. My child is very comfortable with the kindness of Dr Bailey and her assistants. They are careful and very informative. The facility is always clean and welcoming. I'm so happy my friend recommended Dr Bailey to me. We have had such wonderful interactions and support.

Update: I got my braces off after having them for a little over a year and a half. My bite and gaps are fixed and I'm very happy with the results. Also got my retainers and they feel fine too me. Very happy with my teeth.

SO IMPRESSIVE! We tried someone else before Dr. Bailey but she more than made up for it because she is the best in the area. Especially great with explaining the how and why which I really appreciate.

Bailey Orthodontics is the absolute BEST! I found them on google and I am happy that I chose them from my braces journey. Dr. Bailey is a true professional and is very personable, patient, and informative. She took her time and explained all of my options to meet the goals I had for my teeth. She answered all of my questions and gave me clarity on all of the myths and rumors that I heard about braces. She outlined a year treatment plan for me and I am happy to say that exactly a year later, my teeth are perfect! Since I am active duty military, braces are considered "cosmetic" and not covered by our insurance. However, the services at Dr. Bailey Orthodontics are very affordable and I was able to for them out of pocket. The office is super clean and the esthetics are very cute. The staff is friendly and very professional. I am so glad I made this choice a year ago, best decision ever!

I have had great experience doing the orthodontic treatments with Dr. Bailey so far. She's the most amazing orthodontist that I have known both in personality and her work. She makes the process less complicated and always let me know ahead while doing the treatment about what to expect. I will wear braces for at least two years. So far, it's been my third month and I feel less nervous and prepared whenever it comes to my appointment. I have been searching for an orthodontist that suit my need and my situation, and almost started the treatment with others. However, I am very glad that I save the best for last. Not only Dr. Bailey is very experienced in her work but she also listen to my needs and answer my questions patiently. Above all, I got a very affordable plan. I also like her practice's atmosphere as it's modern, minimalist, and very clean. Seriously, the best and professional orthodontist around! Highly recommend Dr. Bailey and her team to everyone!

Dr. Bailey at Bailey Orthodontics is super kind, professional, and patient. Her dental assistant and front desk personnel are also very polite and professional. The practice is very modern, clean, and personable and is a great reflection of the quality of service and knowledge Dr. Bailey provides. After my initial consultation I felt no need to shop around and Dr. Bailey offered me a price below my dental plan insurance which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend Bailey Orthopedics for all corrective dental treatment, braces, and Invisalign. A gold standard experience so far!
