Dr. Jason M. Bailey, D.M.D., M.S. has practiced orthodontics in Baldwin county for over 16 years. He attended Birmingham Southern College where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After college, he attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry where he obtained his doctorate of dental medicine degree in 2001.
Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. Bailey completed a one year fellowship in Advanced Dentistry at U.A.B. Hopsital in Birmingham, Alabama. After completing the hospital fellowhip, he began a 3 year orthodontic residency program at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry where he obtained a Masters of Science degree in Orthodontics. After completing his training, Dr. Bailey relocated to beautiful Baldwin county and began practicing.
Dr. Bailey and his wife, Heather Scarsbrook Bailey, have been married for 15 years. They have 2 adorable daughters, Collins (9) and Isla Kate (6), & a crazy puppy (Sadie). Dr. Bailey underwent successful chemotherapy treatment for cancer in 2020. This has given Dr. Bailey a great appreciation for his many blessings and the opportunity to give back to our community. He & his family live in Fairhope and enjoy spending time together outdoors. When not practicing orthodontics, Dr. Bailey enjoys boating, scuba diving, & deep sea fishing.
She earned her dental assistant degree in 2000, from Faulkner state community college, then earned her dental hygiene degree from the University of Alabama Birmingham in 2003. Katrina is our treatment coordinator but she can also be found assisting chairside & at the front desk. She loves interacting with patients. She makes the financial aspect a breeze for all of our patients!
Katrina is married to her high school sweetheart Jason and has 2 children, Ali & Andrew. In her free time, you will find her boating with family, when she isnt at the ball field watching Andrew play baseball and Ali cheer for her alma mater, the Robertsdale golden bears!
Angie has been working in orthodontics for over 20 years! She began her career working as an assistant and Clinic manager. Angie brings a great deal of experience and knowledge to our team. Angie primarily works the front desk as scheduling coordinator but is also capable of helping assist our patients in the clinic when needed.
Angie and her husband, Shawn moved to Baldwin County in 2019 to be closer to the beach. Angie enjoys college football and going to the beach as much as possible. She has two children and two grandchildren that love to come visit her at the beach.

We are so grateful we stopped by Bailey Orthodontics! My son had an issue with his braces while we were in Gulf Shores on vacation. Katrina fixed the issue and we were on our way!

I'm here on Vacation from Chicago and my daughter has braces and we forgot her bands. I walked in there asking if I can purchase a bag or two and the receptionist said no need for that. And asked me a couple of questions and she knew actually what my daughter needed. Seems like a very friendly place to go to. Thanks lady for your help, I highly appreciate it..

The BEST experience possible. My grandson was visiting from out of state and a wire from his braces came loose. Bailey's Orthodontics took care of it with no appointment and the best possible care. In and out in less than 15 minutes. If you want great care, look no further.

We were down on vacation from Missouri and my daughter's orthopedic device on her teeth broke, this establishment took her right in on the spot and took care of it! Such a relief. They were all very kind! Definitely recommend.

I am visiting Family for the summer. I broke the bracket on my braces and needed them to take it off. We called them that morning and an hour later my braces were fixed. The staff was super nice and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone I see.

I am not a person who writes reviews, but I cannot pass up the chance to endorse a person or a business when I feel so grateful. Dr. Bailey and his staff are amazing people. From the first consult to the final appointment for removing my son's braces, everyone had our best interests in mind. Katrina was always thorough, kind and helpful. My son and I LOVE "Ms. Erica" and her warm heart and hugs. And Dr. Bailey has gone above and beyond to inform us every stage of the process to make use feel comfortable. I don't know ALL their names, but each person we've encountered has been a joy to meet. My son is over the moon about his new look, and the entire experience would not have been the same with any other practice. We highly recommend any family to choose Bailey Orthodontics!

We have been with Dr. Bailey since the beginning and he and is staff are top notch! My nephew is visiting from out of state and had a bracket pop off this morning. Dr. Bailey and his staff are the absolute best. I started my treatment with him when I was at Island Orthodontics a couple years ago. When I finally found out he was no longer there (after the constant lies/excuses made up by their staff about where he was -"he's on vacation", "he's out of town", etc.) I immediately had them remove my braces and I went to Bailey Orthodontics. The experience at Bailey Orthodontics was absolutely great and I appreciate everything they did. I finally got the treatment I needed and I'm extremely happy with my results.
