Dr. Jason M. Bailey, D.M.D., M.S. has practiced orthodontics in Baldwin county for over 16 years. He attended Birmingham Southern College where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After college, he attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry where he obtained his doctorate of dental medicine degree in 2001.

Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. Bailey completed a one year fellowship in Advanced Dentistry at U.A.B. Hopsital in Birmingham, Alabama. After completing the hospital fellowhip, he began a 3 year orthodontic residency program at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry where he obtained a Masters of Science degree in Orthodontics. After completing his training, Dr. Bailey relocated to beautiful Baldwin county and began practicing.

Dr. Bailey and his wife, Heather Scarsbrook Bailey, have been married for 15 years. They have 2 adorable daughters, Collins (9) and Isla Kate (6), & a crazy puppy (Sadie). Dr. Bailey underwent successful chemotherapy treatment for cancer in 2020. This has given Dr. Bailey a great appreciation for his many blessings and the opportunity to give back to our community. He & his family live in Fairhope and enjoy spending time together outdoors. When not practicing orthodontics, Dr. Bailey enjoys boating, scuba diving, & deep sea fishing.

She earned her dental assistant degree in 2000, from Faulkner state community college, then earned her dental hygiene degree from the University of Alabama Birmingham in 2003. Katrina is our treatment coordinator but she can also be found assisting chairside & at the front desk. She loves interacting with patients. She makes the financial aspect a breeze for all of our patients!

Katrina is married to her high school sweetheart Jason and has 2 children, Ali & Andrew. In her free time, you will find her boating with family, when she isnt at the ball field watching Andrew play baseball and Ali cheer for her alma mater, the Robertsdale golden bears!

Angie has been working in orthodontics for over 20 years! She began her career working as an assistant and Clinic manager. Angie brings a great deal of experience and knowledge to our team. Angie primarily works the front desk as scheduling coordinator but is also capable of helping assist our patients in the clinic when needed.

Angie and her husband, Shawn moved to Baldwin County in 2019 to be closer to the beach. Angie enjoys college football and going to the beach as much as possible. She has two children and two grandchildren that love to come visit her at the beach.
