I love coming to work! I have been treating patients for over 20 years and have loved every moment. I come from a family of orthodontists and knew from a young age that I wanted to make a positive difference in the lives of the people in my community. Theres no better way to improve someones confidence and self-esteem than with a smile! I feel very blessed to be in such a great profession.
Dr. Grant Baileys education has given him the knowledge and ability to ensure his patients receive the best, most effective care. Dr. Grant Bailey attended the University of Utah, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Biology. He continued on toIndiana Universitywhere he received both of his Doctorate of Dental Surgery and Master of Science degree in Dentistry. He is also board certified by theAmerican Board of Orthodontists.
The field of orthodontics is constantly inventing new ways to give people beautiful smiles in less time and with less discomfort. He is involved in regular continuing education to stay up-to-date on the most current technology, which allows him to provide my patients with the best advancements in orthodontic treatments.
As a native of Bountiful, Utah, Dr. Bailey is proud to serve the community where he grew up. he lives here with his wife,four children, two dogs, and two cats. His family keeps me quite busy, but when he has free time he enjoys boating, traveling, golfing, fly fishing, and occasional yard work.
Dr. Andrew Welling believes that you should love your smile. So many of lifes best moments are accompanied by a smile, and Dr. Welling wants you to feel confident to smile often. Watching the self-confidence that comes from uncovering the beauty in a patients smile is one reason Dr. Welling loves orthodontics. He will make you feel comfortable and at ease, as you work together to create a result you love.
Dr. Welling was born and raised in Bountiful, Utah. After serving a two year mission in Alberta, Canada, he attended BYU where he played on the lacrosse team and graduated summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry where he received awards for clinical excellence, leadership, and character. After dental school, he completed his orthodontic training at the University of Iowa where he received his orthodontic certificate and also completed a Masters degree in Orthodontics.
Finding new ways to improve patients orthodontic experience and results are each a passion of Dr. Welling. These passions have led him to pursue additional training in the areas of clear aligner treatment (ex. Invisalign), smile esthetics, and digital orthodontics.
Dr. Welling lives in Bountiful Utah with his wife Katie and three children. He is thrilled to be home under the Wasatch Mountains serving the community that helped raise him! His hobbies include boating, softball, rock climbing, golf, and cheering for the University of Utah football team.

Our last child with braces is just getting their braces off today! Working with Dr Bailey and his staff over the years has been an awesome experience! He and his staff have been incredible, friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing orthopedic work!

Dr. Bailey and staff are fabulous! My Husband did Invisalign and he is so happy with the results! His teeth look amazing! My daughter had braces and I love how particular Dr. Bailey is to make sure her teeth were perfection all the way from her teeth to her gum lines.

I had an underbite and I wanted to find an orthodontist that could fix it without surgery. Obviously there are many factors that go into even being able to have this option but I was determined. I went to 3 orthodontists and they all said that I would need to have surgery to have the perfect bite/smile. I went to Bailey orthodontics with little hope, and decided that if they also said I needed surgery that I'd have to face that reality. To my surprise and delight, they were the first to say my underbite could be fixed without surgery. And not only could they do it, they could do it with Invisalign trays! To say I was excited is an understatement. I'm at the tail end of my Invisalign trays and for the first time in my life my top teeth are in front of my bottom teeth. And not only that, my smile is better than what I could have imagined. If you're thinking that surgery is the only way, it may not be. Please talk with Doctor Grant Bailey and Andrew Welling for a consultation. They are great at answering any questions and concerns and are the best orthodontists around.

I have three kids I have brought here. One needed braces, one who didn't need anything (but I wanted a second opinion), and last one who wanted Invisalign. He has all the options! But, when an orthodontist will tell you your kids teeth are almost perfect and aren't bad enough to need braces that is pure honesty! I appreciate that very much.
