I am honored to provide the best care I possibly can for all my patients and try to make their experience positive, relaxed, and comfortable. A positive attitude goes a long way in achieving optimal dental health, and my goal is to do my best to help my patients keep or restore their teeth for a lifetime of enjoyment and smiles.

Continuing Education is a crucial aspect of patient care, both for me and my team. We are constantly honing our skills and adding new services to our practice by participating in many hours of continuing education courses every year.
In the Office Since opening Bailey Family Dental in 2001, I have really enjoyed the privilege of sharing in the lives of so many wonderful patients. We have a team of talented, friendly people that make working and being treated in the office very enjoyable.
Family Life Richard and I have three childrenand love living and raising them here in thelake country area. Rich andI enjoy gardening, biking, camping, cross-country skiing, reading, hunting, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, sailing,SCUBA diving,and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. England is licensed to practice dentistry in Wisconsin, Ohio, and California. His experience, expertise and award-winning technique makes him a valuable asset to our practice. Dr. Englands focus in our practice is on implant placement, oral surgery, and IV sedation. Since joining our team in 2012, Dr. England has made our practice more complete.
Rhonda has been working with Bailey Family Dental since 2002, making sure our patients have the best experience they can in our office is her main priority. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband,three daughters, dog Mojo, and two cats; Simba and Pepper. Always welcoming any advice on good books, best true-crime podcasts or amazing places to travel.
Jenny is one of the smiling faces that will welcomeyou when you walk through our doors. She will also assist you in the financial aspects of your treatment. Jenny joinedour team in 2013, after taking timeoff to raise her family.Jenny's excited to be back in the dental fielddoing what she loves, helping our patients smile. She enjoys reading, sewing, crochet, photography, and volunteering in the children's programs at her church.
Ashley recently joined the team in 2020. She has been a great addition to the team bringing her customer service and marketing knowledge to the office. Quickly becoming an intricate part of the team. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Huey Lewis, and cat Chloe, going on hikes on the weekends, reading self development books, and learning Spanish.
Mary has been working with Bailey Family Dental since 2008 as a certified dental assistant with over 24years experience. She enjoys sharing smiles with her patients whether it is over a conversation about family, friends, mutual hobbies, or helping to ease their worries. Smiles are easy to give and nice to receive. Mary enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, fishing and spending time with friends and family.
Sara - Dental AssistantSara came to us in 2020, and quickly become an asset to our assistant team. She brings with her a very calm and relaxed disposition to your experience at BaileyfamilyDental. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and she is a very talented artist.
We strive to give you an accurate estimate for your copay, however this is an approximation. Insurance changes from not only the insurance company, but also the employer that is providing the insurance. Within each employer there may be a number of plans to choose from as well. We are given estimated %'s of coverage. The great thing is, the longer you are with our office the better the estimate will be.
Drs. Terese and Richard Bailey will give fee estimates before beginning your treatment. In addition, we offer a number of financing options, including no interest payment plans to enable you to have the healthy and beautiful smile that you want. We are pleased to inform you that we accept most insurance plans and most major credit cards. Our insurance specialist will be happy to assist you with filing your insurance claims, maximizing your benefits and answering your insurance questions.
Dental insurance is a contract between you as the patient and the insurance carrier. We will work our hardest to make sure that you receive the benefits you have paid. However, you will be responsible for any dental fees incurred in our office.
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. 5% Senior discount for all patients over 65. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance claims and apply any payments to your account.

If you need a dentist this is where you need to go. Every single person I encountered here was so kind and compassionate. They genuinely care about their clients and go the extra mile to make everything so easy for you. I have never had a dental experience the way I have here. I wish I could give more than 5 stars as they are so amazing! Thank you to all of the staff at Bailey Family Dental!

Our four year old is very active yet somehow kristin and Dr. Bailey were able to keep him calm through a cleaning and x-rays. He's very excited about receiving printouts of his x-rays and some temporary tattoos. They really went the extra mile.

I have been going to Bailey Family Dental for 10 years. I had been having issues with waking up in the middle of the night with jaw pain & headaches. I had tried a mouth guard but hated wearing it. Then, Dr Bailey had suggested Botox injections in my jaw for relief. This was 6 months ago and I couldn't be more comfortable.. no more jaw pain!! I have been keeping up my maintenance injections to every 3 months. Would highly recommend discussing this with Dr Bailey to those that might be experiencing TMJ/ jaw pain.

I would highly recommend Bailey Family Dentist. The staff is friendly and helpful. My hygienist, Lydia provides excellent service and you can tell she really cares about her patients. The equipment used is high tech and both of the Dr. Baileys are professional.

Best dental office I've ever been to! Both doctors are super skilled and great chairside manner. My hygienist was so thorough and my teeth felt to clean and smooth. The front desk staff have the best smiles and welcomed me the first step through the door. And did I mention the extras? Massage chairs, warm neck wraps, essential oil hand treatments, fancy coffee, etc. Love Bailey Family Dental!

How many dentists do you know that will answer a question at 12 am during a pandemic? I was having slight pain as I noticed that I had an adult baby tooth that decided to get infected. I didn't think I would be able to get much help due to the COVID 19 pandemic as a lot if not all dentists were closed, so I sent them a message just asking him advice on what I can do to tide this over till the Pandemic was over. Now, mind you, this was probably around 11PM or 12 AM. I was just hoping that they would see it in the morning and get back to me. Instead, I get an answer right away! There are good dentists out there, many of them, but I don't recall having one care for their patients so well and empathy that they would do that. Thank you!. So I explained the situation and was able to do a video conference with Dr Bailey. He was able to see that there was an abscess and it needed attention ASAP. Since I am an existing patient he was able to proscribe me with an antibiotic and provided me with advice on care. Over the next week he checked in with me periodically to monitor my progress with multiple calls and video chats. Finally they were able to get me in a week later to do an emergency removal of the tooth. All precautions were taken as far as masks, temperature checks disinfecting your hands and even the soles of my shoes. I felt save from the pain of the tooth and had no fear of COVID 19 infection at any point during my visit. Folks, in order to be successful in the field of dentistry, or any field, you need to be good at what you do. Dr Bailey easily has that covered. But the Bailey's take this to the next level by showing his patients genuine care and empathy, knowing that these situations can be painful or worse if left alone. That's Family Dentistry at its finest. You can't teach that. Thank you again Dr Bailey, staff and family.

What a difference a GREAT dental practice can make!! I suffer from extreme arthritis in my jaw and going to the dentist was a painful, stressful thing to do. Since being recommended to Bailey Family Dental, that has changed. I had the prep work for a crown done yesterday and I can say that I had no discomfort at all. Dr. Terese and Mary were outstanding. I was even given a warm blanket and neck wrap. Lydia does my cleanings and she uses the same great care for me in minimizing the stress on my jaw. Great experience. I would highly recommend Bailey Family Dental

We had our first visit to this dental office. Our needs are very unique having an adult with intellectual disability, sensory and medical challenge. Not only were they patient, creative but they did their homework, called the previous dentist and had everything ready when we walked in the door. I was very emotional because this is highly unusual and overwhelmed with the greatness of care my daughter received today. THANK You!!!

Love Dr. Terese and Lydia! Even after moving several states away over the years, I fly "home" to get my cleanings and check ups. If I ever need more work done, Dr. Terese is the only dentist I trust!
