Our physicians and our practice have a great reputation. We have been providing care in the West Valley since 1987. There is no better compliment than seeing former patients bringing their own children in for a visit.
I have been very happy with all the pediatricians at this practice. If I want my son to see someone specific, they can always work with my schedule to get him in to see that practitioner. Plus Courtney in referrals is excellent. Always returns my calls quickly and gets the work done so my son can see whatever specialist he needs to see in a timely manner.
We see doctor Tanya Pitts. We love her! We have had bad experiences with pediatricians before but she is sooo attentive. Actually follows up on what she says she will do and even inquires as to how my daughter is doing. I absolutely love her and recommend her to anyone who has a child.

This is a great pediactric clinic. Dr. Serino is fantastic and really knows his stuff. Is great with the kids too. Been coming here I believe over five years now. We usually see a nurse practitioner or another doctor for well checks. Never had a bad experience. The staff all across the board has been very friendly and supportive of any needs our family has had.
Dr. Bonanno was born in Tucson, Arizona but spent most of his childhood and teenage years in New York and California. He would later make his way back to Arizona where he attended the University of Arizona and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1982. Following his bachelors degree he attended the University of Arizona College of Medicine. Dr. Bonanno obtained his Medical Degree in 1986 and later that year took an intership in general surgery at Loyola University Medical Center in Illinois. After his internship, he found his way back to Arizona, for the third time, where he served as Chief Resident at the Childrens Health Center at St. Josephs Medical Center. His knowledge and passion for pediatrics has grown through his many years of service to the community. Dr. Joseph Bonanno became a part of Desert Valley Pediatrics in 1990 and continues to thrive on giving quality care to his patients day in and day out.
Dr. Lisa Ring has been practicing medicine for over 20 years, her love for children and their families grows larger year by year. Dr. Ring was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and attended Miami University of Oxford, Ohio where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982. She completed medical school and her pediatric residency at Ohio State University and remains a loyal Buckeye fan. Having received an Air Force scholarship to finance medical school, Dr. Ring and her husband relocated to Arizona where she spent four years of active duty service at Luke Air Force Base practicing pediatrics from 1989 to 1993. She has been a pediatrician at Desert Valley Pediatrics since leaving the military in 1993 and enjoys living and working in the West Valley.
