Dr. Bailey was raised in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Just before High School, his family moved to the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he graduated from Central Bucks High School West. Dr. Bailey then attendedBrigham Young University, earning a BS in Zoology. After graduating, he went on to assume a pharmaceutical sales position, calling on physicians throughout the state of Utah.
Dr.Baileyleft his pharmaceutical career to pursue his dream of being a dentist. When he was accepted to the prestigiousColumbia University College of Dental Medicine, he packed up his family and moved to New York City. For four years, he excelled and achieved numerous academic honors and awards. In recognition of his scholarship, Dr. Bailey was inducted into the exclusiveNational Dental Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. He completed surgical clerkships atHarvard Universityand Kings County Hospital. After graduating salutatorian, Dr. Bailey accepted a post-graduate prosthodondontics residency position at theUniversity of Alabama at Birmingham/Veterans Administration Medical Center. There, he treated the most complex of dental patients, concentrating on the replacement of missing teethincluding the surgical placement of dental implants.
Dr. Bailey has a love and compassion for those he diagnoses and treats.He is married to his wife, Jessica, of twenty-two years. Together, they have three children, Lincoln, Hudson and Georgia Kate. They reside in Magnolia and enjoy spending time as a family, where they love boating, fishing, and snow skiing.
Dr. Christina Matouk was raised in San Antonio, Texas. Growing up, she was instilled with strong values from her family including hard work and always helping others. Dr. Matouk attended The University of Texas at San Antonio where she earned her undergraduate degree in Biology, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
In 2011, Dr. Matouk moved to Houston and pursued her passion for dentistry, graduating at the top tier of her class at The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. Here, she earned the prestigious American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons Award for outstanding achievement and performance. She invests a lot of time reading dental literature and attending various continuing education courses in order to stay on the cutting edge in dentistry. Dr. Matouk genuinely cares for all of her patients and treats them like family.
Dr. Mayra Martinez calls Houston home and is proud of her Texas roots. She attended Texas A&M University where she graduated with honors and obtained a Bachelors in Biology in 2009. She then continued to further her education and pursue her D.D.S at the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston, where she was the recipient of the prestigious Delta Dental Student Leadership Award. This award recognized her for her strong leadership skills, dedication to serving others, and passion for the field of dentistry. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Greater Houston Dental Society.
Dr. Martinez prides herself in providing outstanding, high quality, and detailed dental care while also offering a comfortable and gentle experience. She loves the ability to help patients grow confidence in their smiles in addition to helping them overcome their fear of dentistry. Dr. Martinez has great respect for her profession and spends countless hours studying, taking continuing education courses, and applying advances of dentistry in order to strive for perfection in every patients smile.
When Dr. Martinez is not busy in the office perfecting your smile, youll find her traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her loved ones. You may even see her cheering on the Houston Astros baseball team.
