Once again I am shocked with Bailey Cosmetic & Family Dentistry. He texted my phone asking me Very Obnoxiously to remove my comments on his abilities to perform work without Discussing the Price for or Inform me if my Insurance will cover & pay for the Specific Tooth or Teeth he is doing the procedure on. What he does is talk & say words I have no clue as to the definition of which is confusing. Kenneth J Walsh Now Scott Bailey The Dentist is Harassing & begging me to remove a factual truthful review. Tsk Tsk. Shame on you Scott the Dentist Bailey If you read further down the list there is other reviews that are the same as mine. Others are from family &: Friends of Scott The Dentist Bailey. Okay your Harassment is & Pleading for me to remove Review. You say you helped me This is how you helped yourself to my cash which you Demanded. You build up two teeth that are horrible & do not match my bridge or teeth. You did not inform my insurance company as to what procedures you did. The Broken Bridge I asked you to fix you replied it cannot be done. I will cement it back into your gum as best I can. After you told me what you were doing would protect my bridge from falling out on its own. It fell out the same day 4 hours later. I immediately called your receptionist and explained the bridge fell out. I was giving a appointment three weeks later. It stayed in place longer with FIXODENT ADHESIVE CREAM. ARE YOU SERIOUSLY ASKING ME TO REMOVE THIS REVIEW. NOT HAPPENING.

Mr Bailey is not a trustworthy person nor is his asst. If you do not know Dental lingo do not go to Bailey the Dumbo Dentist. He will do work on your teeth without discussing with you whether dental procedures are covered by your insurance. Twice now Bailey has done this. Kenneth walsh

Dr. Bailey is the absolute best! After a lifelong terror of the dentist, finally I found Dr. Bailey who is an absolute perfectionist. No more fear of the dentist. Always a pain free experience.

Let me start off by saying, "I hate going to the dentist", I have a serious phobia of being in the dentist chair. I had my first visit with Dr. Bailey and was doubly terrified as I had never been there before and didn't know what kind of Dr. or staff I would encounter. Upon my arrival I was greeted warmly as I was shown to a room where they took x-rays. Once I explained to the nurse my concerns she assured me that the Dr would take very good care of me. That was an understatement. When Dr. Bailey came in he started to talk to me and let me know exactly what kind of personal service I would be receiving and how he would make sure I was comfortable and he would do anything he could to make me feel better. I think he spoke to me for a good 40 min before he did any work on my broken tooth. For the first time ever sitting in the dentist chair I felt no pain. He communicated with me the entire time and was constantly asking if I was OK. Dr. Bailey went over and above to make sure I was comfortable and felt well taken care of. I have a follow up apt in a few weeks for a filling and for the first time ever in my life I am not having anxiety about returning to the dentist. I am so glad I found him!!

My 12 year old son had his front teeth damaged while playing baseball. Dr. Bailey and his staff were fantastic throughout our experience. They found him an appointment right away and explained in detail everything that needed to be done. Dr. Bailey is excellent with children. He made sure my son understood the entire process and also was comfortable and relaxed while in his care. My son's teeth look fantastic you would never know they had been damaged.

Bailey dentistry refused to provide prices (or even estimates or a range) to me before my visits and given that I've several procedures to be done, this was a major roadblock in making decisions. I've had several similar procedures done in the past with dentists in Manhattan and Boston without ever having run into the issue of not being provided information in a transparent and collaborative way. Additionally, Bailey dentistry approached all their conversations with me very much with a "I'm the dentist / doctor I know best - you're just the patient and I don't need to listen to your opinions, concerns, priorities, or wishes" approach to talking about treatment. We will not be using Bailey dentistry forward despite many dental needs in our family due to their lack of respect for patients and treating them as clients.

I recently received a $500 invoice from Dr Bailey for 2018 with no description of services rendered. I've never visited Dt Bailey. When I called for explanation I was told that the invoice was for a member of my family who last visited Dr Bailey in 2011. (8 years ago). When I asked what was done in 2011 they couldn't tell me. This bill is fraudulent and when I pointed this out they hung up on me. Now they are trying to Bill my insurance. I'm not able to reach Dr Bailey by phone (they never answer) So I have to write my insurance company a letter explaining the bill is fraudulent and please disregard it.

I want to thank Dr. Bailey and his staff for the extra time and effort that they were willing to put forth in order to help me obtain my remaining teeth-alignment trays when I moved from Minneapolis, MN to Cold Spring, NY and switched dentists. It's much appreciated and I'm really excited to finish straightening my teeth that last little bit and not have to wear the trays during the day anymore.

I am currently sitting in the driveway of this establishment. My car overheated, and I am waiting for AAA to tow the car to my auto mechanic. The owner of the facility saw me in the driveway, came over, and immediately offered his assistance. He asked me if I needed anything, offered to have me wait in the office while the tow truck was coming, coffee, wifi, anything I needed. While I was inside the staff was very, very friendly. They offered their assistance too. The office is very clean and the waiting room is quite comfortable. It's nice to meet companies and people that are helpful, even when they don't need to help. It is likely that if you receive service from Bailey Cosmetic and Forensic Dentistry (I mean for your teeth, not your car! ), you will be very satisfied with their level of service.
