Ehh it was OK. They were fast but got my treatment plan wrong the first time and when I arrived found out I had to pay twice as much then what my original treatment plan said. My extraction site still has a hole from not putting a suture and it's been 5 months already. Food constantly gets in it and it's irritating on a daily basis.

First off the staff was absolutely amazing and friendly! I had to use Dr. Bailey because my normal Dr. was booked. They sent me to him and they lost a customer. Dr Bailey was a down to earth put in perspective guy who may be the fastest in the field and most efficient in his respective field. Highly recommended from now new customer. Thank you.

All I can say is WOW!! Thank you so much for your beautiful office, lovely staff and amazing job. I made an emergency appointment for my wisdom teeth to be removed after an awful experience at another dentist in town, and they had me scheduled within two days. They were expecting me when I arrived for my 8:00 appointment and had me in the back within 5 minutes. Within the next 15 minutes, I had my insurance run, copayment paid, xrays completed, and an IV in. And boom, they were COMPLETELY finished in less than an hour. From now on, I will always happily refer my friends and family to your practice for any of their dental needs. Thank you so much, Dr. Bailey!!!

Dr. Bailey is awesome. He's one of the few oral surgeons in Amarillo that accepts Medicare which I really appreciate being retired. Everyone in the practice is kind and caring, couldn't be happier with my experience.

I thought very highly of Dr. Bailey, and his staff after having the initial consultation with him last year. Due to scheduling conflicts for school activities that my daughter is involved in, and also time to save the money for the IV sedation fee, we were just now able to proceed with getting her wisdom teeth pulled out. The experience she had at that office on Friday the 26th was awful. Awful for her, and her parents. We were not once greeted, or spoken to by Dr. Bailey before or after her surgery. I did not at all think that was right by any means! I thought it was common practice with medical officials to address their patients, and their parents before and after a surgery. Maybe I am missing something and they don't do that anymore. On top of that, she was not even allowed time to come somehwat coherent after they stopped her IV medication. She was basically woke up, and wheeled out to the car. She couldn't walk people! She was still so heavily medicated that it took 3 staff members to get her into the car. How is that right? How can they not give someone time to somewhat wake up before sending them away from the office? To some people this may not be a very big deal, but to me it is. Friday was such a rushed deal once we all entered that office, and it was an awful experience. They were in a hurry to collect the sedation fee, and in a hurry to shove us out the door. I hope this is not how they conduct their business on a steady basis, because if so, I feel so bad for their other patients.
