I just moved from NJ to VA and I have been looking around for a good dentist place, and I finally found the perfect place! As soon as i walked in Tiffany who works the front desk is very pleasant and has great charisma. I had a 9 o'clock appointment, I was already being seen before 9. My hygienist was Kate, she was very bubbly and friendly and made me feel comfortable. Hands down the best cleaning i have ever gotten in my life! I met with Dr. Baicy after my cleaning and she was amazing!! Very friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely love Baicy Dental! Dr. Baicy and Heather did phenomenal work on my front teeth crowns. They look natural and the color match is impeccable. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to any and all!

I am a dentist wimp. So happy to have found this practice. From the front desk (the uber amazing Shelley) to the hygienist (kind and wonderful Natalie) to Dr Baicy (so efficient and expert) and her assistant (knowledgeably supportive Heather)....I can't say enough good things about them. How they create such a welcoming environment at a dental office is beyond me...kudos!

As an individual with major anxiety related to my teeth, this experience was EXTRAORDINARY. The service was excellent from Shellie the office administrator w(fit me in LAST minute), to the most excellent dental assistant (who was extremely knowledgeable), to Dr. Baicy herself. What a lovely experience. I am grateful!! If you should find yourself in need of a dentist, definitely consider this practice!!!!

I LOVE going to Dr Baicy for all my family's dental needs. Laura is my hygienist. But all of the associates that work there are wonderful! They truly care about you and your healthy mouth and teeth. The technology they have available at their facility is very advanced of other dental practices I have visited. We are able to go in and all be seen at the same time by different hygienist. Time management is key as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs dental care!

The women at Baicy Dental are an extraordinary bunch and have made dental care for my whole family an amazing experience. My dental hygienist, Laura, is fantastic and funny, but really you can't go wrong with anyone here, and Shelley in the front makes everything run smoothly. Their new office is welcoming and beautiful and the kids' dental room is particularly adorable. Thank you all!

Natalie is my hygienist and she is the absolute best! She is super nice and we have conversation throughout the cleaning so it goes by super quick. She is genuinely concerned about my oral hygiene and is always giving me tips to better it. Dr. Baicy is super nice as well and she and a different hygienist actually did my 2 fillings and they had no problem answering any questions I had regarding that and again, it flew by. I've gotta mention Shelley, the woman at the front desk, she is always positive and uplifting that early in the morning(I always schedule 7am appointments), so then it helps me feel good for the rest of my day and she deserves her own award just for that alone. I love that this office is all run by women too, it makes me feel so welcome and comfortable. Thanks ladies for all that y'all do and keep up the good work!!

I had an appointment for fixing a filling but they pushed for X-rays of my whole mouth, cleaning etc...everything but what I came for. I felt like they were trying to rack my bill up and make a simple filling a complex multi visit process. I refused, I went to a different dentist and had my filling taken care off right away, no issues, no hassle, no trying to rack my bill up with unnecessary things. This practice is very pushy and unprofessional.

I saw Tanya for my cleaning and to develop a treatment plan for everything I need done. She kept it real with me but wasn't harsh and was so gentle I didn't even feel her in my mouth. They pulled me back the second I got there and the front desk staff are SO INCREDIBLE. Dr. Baicy was very caring and you can tell she knows her stuff. I'd talk everyone I know into going to her practice if I could. You're def in good hands here.

What a wonderful dentist office! I am pregnant and was worried that I would have to battle with staff in order to be seen without getting X-Rays, but from the first call they assured me that they had my and my baby's best interest in mind and would not push X-Rays seeing as they thoroughly understood the risks. From reception, to cleaning, to final checkup everyone was warm and welcoming and made me feel more like I was hanging out with long time friends as opposed to getting my teeth cleaned. They did a wonderful job, I am recommending everyone I know locally to go to this dentist office. Thank you Baicy's staff for putting such a big (and clean!) smile on my face.

I am moving to Vegas. I am excited about this, but don't look forward to finding another dentist. I went through a lot of dentists before finding Dr. Baicy and her staff. They are friendly and professional! As far as I am concerned they are the best in the city of Richmond, Virginia! In fact, I have lived all over this country and have never had a better dentist and team. One visit and you will know that you are with people who won't take you for granted and will not give you treatment that you don't need. You will love them!!!

I absolutely love the welcoming environment. Every one is personable and make you feel right at home. Laura has been my dental hygienist for over three years and I wouldn't trade her for the world. She keeps my laughing and we relate on so many levels.

Baicy Dental is a wonderful dental office and I can't recommend them enough! Everyone is incredibly nice, professional, helpful and they care about their patients. I've been to several dental offices in my life and Baicy Dental is by far the best, hands down. They go above and beyond and I trust them with my dental health. Special shout out to Dental Hygenist Extraordinaire, Laura!! Thank you for being amazing and taking care of my teeth :)

We will remain lifelong patients! I love this practice! Dr. Baicy and her team are amazing. Always consummate professionals who listen, really care, and always greet me and my teen boys with a smile and a, "How are you?" Shelley, the smiling face that greets you, is such a doll; encouraging and cheerful. And Laura, the best hygienist I've ever had, is such a pleasure to visit twice yearly. She is gentle, an excellent communicator, and has such a happy disposition. I had to have my front teeth restored with new crowns and Baicy Dental did a brilliant job. I'm so impressed. The porcelain artist at the lab went above and beyond to get it right(they look like I grew them myself!!) and Heather and Dr. Baicy installed them perfectly. I am having a dental implant placed and Baicy Dental will handle all the cosmetic aspects of that process. I trust the Baicy Dental team implicitly for not only regular dental care, but cosmetic and restorative work. I love them and you will too!
