Because the staff reminded me of my appointment at least twice, I reported on time without fail. The clinic always looks clean and well kept creating a very favorable impression. I didn't have to wait long before being called in for my treatment which was done in a very professional manner. I always enjoy seeing Dr. O. and her staff. They are so friendly!

I originally went in for abscess on gums. They didn't do anything about it except give me a referral and told me I needed to fork out the cash for other work that needed to be done. The whole time I felt rushed as the the dentist was running around to each room working on multiple patients simultaneously. Said I had 14 cavities that were small. Then the dr said only 2 cavities needed to be done. Finally when I went in for my appointment she said I only needed 1 cavity filled. They did a dreadful job and left a huge gap in between my teeth where food can easily get stuck. She then said I needed a deep cleaning before she can do any work. The whole process took a month and caused a lot of time missed from work and at home. Don't waste your time or energy here. I will never be returning to this pathetic place that lies and rips people off when they are in need of help. If I could give less that 1 star I would without hesitation.

I went to Bahia dental to have an oral exam and was told I had 16 cavities which is ridiculous because my teeth were very white and had no pain or sensitivity anywhere but I blindly trusted the doctors word so I let them do 16 fillings the same day and I had to return 2 weeks later because my teeth were very sensitive only to find out that they didn't fully cure the filling material and then had to return 2 weeks after that for the exact same problem and eve since then all my teeth have shifted and my bite has changed dramatically causing me to have tmj and grind my teeth at night and have headaches. I don't recommend them

Each time my experience with all the staff is pleasant. I appreciate the work they do and I was especially impressed, the room next to mine a lady was whimpering because she was afraid,, the way one of the dentist put her at ease was comforting to know that such caring people work there.

My treating dentist went above and beyond during my visit. From my xrays she was able to determine that I had a Sinus infection although I was there for a totally different reason. Since my tooth roots still showed signs of infection she was thorough enough to Rx an antibiotic to treat the tooth along with my Sinus infection. BRAVO to her!! I truly appreciate her exceptional care.

Bahia made me pay $69 for an X-ray, to confirm what i already told them over the phone about my wisdom tooth being infected. They didn't write a prescription for either pain killers or antibiotics then told me to look on yellow pages for a dentist to do an extraction because theirs is on vacation. I dont know why they scheduled me knowing they couldn't fix the problem then & there. Kinda left me high & dry.
