I think very highly of Dr. Margaree Lachowiez. She informed me, step by step of the procedure she was working on in my mouth. She made sure I was comfortable and not experiencing pain making our time together enjoyable and safe. I trust Bagnel Dental Clinic to put my well-being first to provide me with the care I need. Christy did a great job cleaning my teeth as well. Every time I leave Bagnel office I feel like I've done a good job with my own self care, because I've found the best dental office in Western Montana!

Dr. Trujillo has always been very kind and has fixed many of my teeth over the last couple years that a previous dentist completely messed up. Since seeing him my teeth have been in much better health. The staff and hygienists are also wonderful and their response time is great! Sedation days are available for those with extreme dental anxiety like myself. Highly recommend!

Before you go to Bagnell, ask friends and colleagues first. Bagnell was dishonest and left me in pain with an unpaid insurance invoice to set a crown which fell off two days later. I never got a call back about fixing my tooth or the pain I was in but I did receive a collection notice for the $53 balance insurance did not cover. So clearly, this review is not about the money - it is all about integrity and trust. I'm thankful to my colleagues who recommended Discovery Dental. On a lunch hour, my tooth was fixed and I am still pain-free many months later.

My wife and I have been getting regular work done here for the last 4 years. On my last visit I was told that I had a minor cavity that could be taken care of in 6 months at my next scheduled cleaning. When I showed up to my scheduled appointment I was told that I needed x-rays. I politely declined and told them all I needed was my scheduled cleaning and filling. They refused me service for declining x-rays that I didn't need. They will also sneak an extra $100 for the dentist to look at your teeth for 2-3 minutes at your cleaning just to see if you'll pay it. You have to remember each cleaning to specifically state that you are there for just a cleaning amd not an exam or fight with the receptionist about the extra charge until they take it off. The last straw was the x-ray requirement. My family will be doing business elsewhere. I don't want to feel like I'm getting shook down at my dentist. I highly recommend that you tell your guests you'll be denying them service if they don't get x-rays at the time of scheduling rather than when they show up for a procedure you already agreed to do and booked them for. Also being upfront about charging them $100 dollars for a less than 5 minute exam seems like good business practice.

This dental office is a scam. Not only is the actual cleaning a joke, they nickel and dime you without your consent. After the cleaning, they told me they did a "deep clean" without asking me first and no acknowledgement that was the intention. I was clear I was there for a basic cleaning only as I know that is what my insurance covers. While we were waiting for our "cleaning", another patient was upset at his surprise billing. It appears to be the Bagnell standard operating procedure to scam. You have been warned..you will leave with unclean teeth and a light wallet.

Bagnell Dental in Frenchtown is absolutely worth the 10 min drive. Dr Bagnell is great. Dr Trujillo is the best and I've been to dentists all over the world. Last week I shattered a porcelain crown while boarding a plane in kansas city. I immediately called while taking off and they said come in first thing in the morning. Staff are all amazingly kind. Dr Trujillo is gental and informative. Husband & I have had extractions, implants, crowns, deep scaling and routine cleanings. Their fees are fair, transparent and no upsell pressure. They are always the lowest price. I guarantee you will be treated like family.

Dr. Trujillo is seriously a master of his craft. No more do i dread going to the dentist. Every singe person, no matter what they do there, is simply amazing!! They have the perfect wit and will make you laugh!!

The whole office staff makes going to the dentist a very pleasant experience. After a bad experience over 17 years ago at another dentist office, the dentist Dr. Joseph Trujillo is awesome and is very experienced in what he does. This is my Dental Care provider from now on. Bonus is they are a Delta Dental Provider and opened on Fridays. Thank you everyone at Bagnell Dentistry.:)
