My husband and I both recently switched to this practice after a not so great experience elsewhere. We were both blown away from the moment we made the phone call to schedule an appointment. Incredibly personable staff; exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond from the very first call. Great experience with first cleaning and with the dentists. Very happy with our decision. If you are wary of the dentist (like me) .. this is the practice for you!

Dr Matt Bagnall and team are passionate about what they do and it shows. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted professionally by a lovely person. Then you receive whatever treatment necessary. The office is run efficiently and friendly. My cleaning was the best. My teeth sparkle and there was no pain. I didn't have to worry about COVID because all precautions were taken. I would recommend Dr. Bagnalll 's practice to everyone.

Dr. Matt is great with my 11-year-old. They share an affinity for cool shoes/sneakers. He also popped out a tooth of her's that had been stuck with another tooth already coming through, saving me a whole other visit and bill. My daughter also loves Jen, the dental hygienist. The staff makes going to dentist actually fun for kids - even when a tooth gets pulled!
