It would be nice if they could schedule all of my family the same day (they will only do 3 at a time), since we drive for 40 minutes to be there. Otherwise, they are very friendly and helpful, and the dentist does a great job.

I can't complaint the customer service, everyone is so friendly, from the receptionist to those working inside. but I am disappointed when they give you a first estimate and they convince you because what you have to pay is acceptable. and then they get another second estimate where the prices change very drastically. This happened to me and I asked for information and they told me first that my insurance had made some changes and that is why they raised the price of the service, then I called the insurance and they told me that they cannot change the prices. that only the dentist's office does. The other excuse they gave me at the dentist's office was that there was a misunderstanding with my insurance name and that's why the changes were made. and the last excuse they gave me is that the dentist's office does not have a contract with my insurance and that is why they cannot give me a contract price and that is why they give me an office price... the question that I have been asking myself why from the first day they did not give me the correct budget? If they already know that they did not have a contract with my insurance... I want to clarify that I am not the first person they receive with this insurance that I have. I know several people who come here with the same insurance and they were the ones who recommended this place to me. I am very confused and disappointed because the last thing they told me is that better look for another place

Customer service is great! Although, I don't like parents are not allowed to go back with their children. A tour of their dental office would be nice.

I have been a patient at Bagley Dental for years and the staff have always made sure I felt welcome and cared for. I appreciate how courteous all of the staff are. During my latest appointment, I wrote down the wrong starting time, and the staff called to confirm I was still planning on making it to the appointment. Staff have always been able to answer any questions I have. My retainer has been bothering me while flossing for the last few months and I was unaware if I needed to a referral to fix it. However, Dr. R Bagley and his staff made sure to take care of it in office as well as answer any other questions I had. I never once felt dumb for bringing up concerns or questions. These things make me feel like I am a cared and valued patient, and not just another person walking through the door. After my check up, staff helped me reschedule a follow up so I don't slack on scheduling one on my own, which I appreciate. It is super easy for me to procrastinate appointment scheduling. I highly recommend Bagley Dental to anyone in need of a Dentist in Tri-Cities.

I visited Bagley Dental with a cracked tooth and a good deal of trepidation. I left with a big smile on my face! The needle pokes into my mouth were almost 100-percent pain-free, and from there it was smooth sailing. For the last year I have been dreading a deep-cleaning I need-- now no more! Their use of nitrous oxide during the procedure is also state-of-the-art. I thought I was going to need deeper sedation or maybe even general anesthesia-- not necessary! Anyone experiencing my degree of dental-work anxiety should definitely go to Bagley Dental.

Dr. Bagely is the best dentist I've ever had. I usually come to Pasco once a year to visit family and get my teeth cleaned or fixed. I much prefer this dental practice to the many others I've visited in my local areas. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and the care is top notch.

Love this place. I never wait long, they do an excellent job, and always offer estimates up front for procedures, so I know what to budget for. The hygienists are gentle and thorough, and the receptionists are super friendly. Love it here.

Always welcoming and I love the friendly smiles. A new hygienist cleaned my teeth and we laughed the whole time. I have been going to Bagley Dental and though I have moved, I have stuck with Bagley Dental since they were on the east side of Pasco. I always recommend them.
