A wonderful experience at Baer dental today. Everyone is so knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. Answering all my questions and helping me few confident in my dental health! They were able to fit in a few different to-do list items in one session to save me an extra visit which was wildly thoughtful. I no longer dread going to the dentist!

I had high hopes in this office but after major things that bugged me I do not recommend. Let me start by saying I have been in the dental field for 17 years. Not only was I in the dental field but also have taken many classes on osha and hundreds of hours of infection control and also trained offices in this. At first the office staff seemed nice, the office was nice not too fancy but nice. I do not have dental insurance and never ask how much a cleaning/exam/X-rays will cost since I am very familiar of the cost. My daughter was the first to be seen here. Dr. Baer did not introduce himself and has zero bedside manner. This is the one profession I can say patients can be very apprehensive due to a bad experience or really anything. My daughter has never been scared to see the dentist(she is 17 years old). She left crying and upset. Fast forward to one week later my husband and myself had our cleaning, exam, X-rays. First off the X-rays she took on me hurt-never have I ever been hurt or gagged liked that. She kept saying how small my mouth was and etc. No sorry, you just are not trained enough. Then she cleans the X-ray tube with a Sani cloth while using her gloves she had on with my saliva all over them. What is wrong with these people? Also, no plastic barriers on anything. She even kept touching the mouse for the computer with her dirty gloves!! No way are you supposed to do that and wiping it down with a Sani cloth isn't going to kill everything on that mouse. She then cleans my teeth-worst cleaning ever had!! My teeth still feel dirty, I can tell from experience she must have only been doing it not long enough or trained by the wrong school. The kicker came when I paid $916 for prophy/exam/X-rays. Never in my life have I paid that much!! This was for 2 people but normally $300 at the most(per person so a total of $600).They can't get anywhere close to that from insurance which pays by a UCR or fee schedule. I'm paying out of pocket-they took full advantage. Then they wouldn't even give me a treatment plan!! The young girl in the front said they would send me one. They finally sent a treatment plan with no amounts. This is insane guys!! I have officially seen it all!! This office gives Dentists bad reputations! Terrible!! I'm not sure I could sleep at night being that greedy!! STAY AWAY from this place!! I normally don't like to do this but I'm not one who likes to get taken by shady people who are not even following rules(infection control). These people are more worried you wear your mask!! That's fine but I'm worried for the people who take off there mask and catch whatever is all over your chairs, X-ray tubes, and treatment table. Run!!

Outstanding dentist and team! After struggling to find a great dentist in the Lone Tree area, I was introduced to Baer Dental a little over a year ago. Since then, I have received great dental care and only positive experiences there. Dr. Baer is knowledgeable, confident and skillful. This office deserves 7 stars.

Not only did the doctor make my wife feel uncomfortable, the 10+k we paid for her bridge broke after 1 year and they will not honor their work.

Dr. Baer's new office is beautiful! I was a patient at his original location in Aurora and was more than happy to follow him to his new office. I'm a true believer in finding the best care and sticking with them! They provide exceptional care and treat you like family.

Baer was able to schedule me in rather quickly after a filling came out on two upper front tooth....less than 48 hours. Appointment was at 7am and I was taken back immediately, pics taken, anesthetic gel applied, shots given, two front teeth on top drilled and filled in no time. I was back home by 8:10. I am a nervous dental patient and hate shots, especially in my mouth. This was as pleasant as could possibly be for a dental visit.

Dr Baer and his staff are amazing! I recently had a procedure and was pleasantly surprised that there was absolutely no pain!! Straight white teeth!!! Thank you so very much! So I got them! 7 months of easy Invisalign and a new crown. Perfect just perfect. Thank you so much Dr Baer and Allie

They will tell you to pay a lower amount then send you a bill for hundreds of dollars and sell you services you don't need. If you have money to throw away GO HERE!!!
