Billie has been a dental hygienist since 2005; she received her degree from Big Sandy Community and Technical College. Billie loves getting to know her patients while helping them with their oral health. Originally from Pike County, she currently resides in Richmond with her husband Chris and 3 daughters Sydney, Josie, and Kennedy. Outside of the office Billie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family hiking and camping.
Dr. Baechtold was born in Louisville, Kentucky. She attended The University of Louisville where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine D.M.D. in 1992. She also attended The University of Kentucky where she obtained her license to practice in Periodontics. Dr. Baechtold has over 20 year of experience in the dental field and has operated her own private practice since 2004 in Richmond, Kentucky. Dr. Baechtold is very personable and builds lasting relationships with her patients. Dr. Baechtold is married to her husband Jim and they have one daughter Lindsay, and 7 fur babies. Dr. Baechtold loves spending her free time with her family; she enjoys watching college football and basketball cheering for both Uof L and UK.
Paula has worked with Dr. Baechtold for 4 years. She is a Madison County native and mom of one son-Julien. She enjoys spending time with her family. Giving back is important to Paula, she supports many organizations however Folds of Honor is closest to her heart. Paula also enjoys event planning and UK Basketball.
Charnell has worked with Dr. Baechtold for 18 years. She is married to Allan and they have two sons Chris and Justin, a daughter-in-law Amber, one grandson Xavier and a granddaughter on the way. She loves spending time with her family. Loves her church, cooking, decorating, and re-finishing furniture.
Ronda graduated from Weber State University in Ogden, UT in 1998 with a Bachelors Degree in Advanced Dental Hygiene. Ronda has been with Baechtold Family Dentistry for 12 years, and loves the relationships she has developed with her patients. Ronda enjoys golf, gardening, and her golden retrievers, Ozzy and Jake. Ronda has been married to her husband Greg for 33 years and they have one daughter and one granddaughter. They love to travel, golf and have fun together.
Jessica has been an expanded duties dental assistant for 19 years, she has worked with Dr. Baechtold for 5 years. She is married to Steve and they have three children Chloe, Carlee, and Cooper. Jessica loves to spend time with family, attend church, cook, travel, and take naps.
Rachel has been working as an expanded duties dental assistant since 2000. She started working with Dr. Baechtold on West Main in 2002 until Baechtold Family Dentistry was opened in October 2004. Rachel loves her job and the relationship she builds with her patients.Rachel has three wonderful children and a black lab named Diesel.She loves spending time with her family and friends, working on craft/wood projects and being outdoors especially when its sunny and warm.

They were covering for my Mother-in-Laws regular dentist who was closed for vacation. They got her in next day and were so incredibly helpful and lovely. It was so appreciated and I highly recommend this office. Thank you again.

Dr. Baechtold has been my dentist for almost 20 years and I can't imagine seeing anyone else. She is patient, nurturing, informative, and always provides me and my family with the best dental care. Her office is a loving family atmosphere and her staff is amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Baechtold for all of your dental needs.

Charged too much for pulling a tooth... THIS WAS six months ago and my husband has been in pain since. We have now pulled out 3 large pieces of tooth!!! Also, had to go back TWICE BECAUSE THE PACKING WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY!!! She SWORE SHE GOT IT ALL

I had an appointment for a tooth extraction but after I saw how lax their COVID policies are I just couldn't let them on my mouth. There were 6+ MASKLESS staff in one room (they had left the room by the time i came back for pictures). ZERO hand sanitizer. Magazines and kid's toys out for everyone to touch. No masks required for patients or staff. The only "disinfectant" they had out was an industrial surface cleaner not meant for skin. I felt so dirty I had to leave. If we weren't in a pandemic there wouldn't be a problem, but this is just unacceptable for a medical practice in 2021.

I'm a new patient at this office and wow..... I was so impressed!! So clean and friendly. The staff was amazing and informative and Rachel and Billie were awesome! I usually dread any dental procedure, but they made it as comfortable as possible. I definitely will be going back and taking my children there as well. Best thing....the office smelled super clean and sanitized!

Masks were not being worn by any of the staff in the reception area. Hand sanitizer was not available anywhere in the waiting room or restroom. I was surprised at the lack of concern for Covid delta variant transmission at a medical facility.

We just moved to the area from TN and this is the BEST dental practice we have encountered in 40+ years! The staff is friendly, helpful, and extremely patient with my questions. With the ever changing rules under the current pandemic this office exceeded all my dental and health expectations. I would recommend them to all age groups.

I hate going to the dentist but this dentist is so different. It's relaxing and calm. They are very concerned about your comfort and they will take care of you. Highly recommend.
