This is the best Dentist by far that I've been to in my entire life!!! Dr Chumbler, Hygienist Savanna, Receptionist Melissa and everybody at Backbay Dentistry makes us feel so welcomed when we walk in for every visit. I want to get my teeth cleaned every month because I feel so welcomed every single time I walk in the door!!! Quality and Professionalism of their work deserves 10 Stars!!! I recommend them to absolutely everybody that I know!

Extremely pleased with the Dr. & office staff. I had a broken tooth which had a large old metal filling. Ended up needing a crown. I had the first step and temporary crown done today. I DID NOT FEEL A THING..not even pressure. Dr. does not skimp on anesthesia and wants you to be comfortable.

Dr. Chumbler and the staff are personable, caring, professional and explain every step. After I had a dental emergency at work, he immediately saw me, as a new patient, and temporarily fixed my issue til we could schedule an appt. for a permanent fix. He's very concerned about the patient's comfort and doesn't subscribe to a costly "treatment plan" like some do. If you don't truly need the work done, he doesn't try to talk you into doing it. I found my forever dentist!

Dr. Chumbler and his team are great. My wife and I both go to him and he's been fantastic whether it's routine check ups or out of the ordinary stuff like needing crowns or other work.

As a first time patient with a dental emergency, Dr. Chumbler and staff got me in quickly and referred to an oral surgeon timely and courteously. Dr. Chumbler was knowledgeable, kind, and personable and all staff from the desk to the dental assistants were kind and helpful. Will be back for cleanings and to become an established patient. Highly recommend.

Very amazing staff and overall great experience every time!! The office is very relaxing and inviting. The entire staff is outstanding. They are very friendly and professional. My CRDH Stacy is really precise, friendly, and professional which put my experience at ease as I am not one that enjoys going to the dentist. Dr. C is knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend this team to all my friends!

Doc and the gals here are a fabulous crew! Their rapport with the patients and each other is fantastic, no complaints! Dr. Chumbler explains everything as he works, no surprises, he takes extra time to make sure you're numb if you need it and that you're comfortable during any procedures. This place has recently been remodeled and looks amazing, very classy. Friendly, happy assistants and hygienists. Highly recommend, wish they accepted kids, I'd bring them here, too! I understand they take kids at the other location, but we prefer this location for Dr. Chumbler. Thank you, Backbay! Special thanks to Dr. Chumbler, Danielle and Melissa!!!

Been going there to see Dr. C for eighteen years. Always a pleasant experience. Friendly and courtesy staff. My son needed a root canal and a crown. Took him to Dr. C as a second opinion and it was only a stain. We almost spent thousands of dollars for nothing. Top notch Dr. Chumbler and staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Chumbler for several years. During that time I have had some extensive dental work done. I have to say that he and his staff are very, very professional. But, more importantly, they are some of the most caring, kind and considerate care givers I have ever known.
