Kayla has been in the dental field with B2B since 2010. She started working in the front office, then decided to pursue the clinical side as well. During this time, she has achieved her Registered Dental Assistant Certification, along with basic CRP, Coronal Polishing, Sealant Placement, and Nitrous Oxide Monitoring. Kayla has taken over management of the dental sleep medicine arm of the practice where she continues to learn all she can about sleep apnea and how treatment with Oral appliances can help patients have a better quality of sleep and life. Kayla enjoys that she can see the difference it can make in peoples lives.
She also has a photography business; and loves capturing the most precious moments for others. God has blessed her with a wonderful husband, two sweet girls and a puppy named Lil bit. They enjoy being outside, playing babies and dress up and spending time with family.

If you are looking for a great dentist office, look no further because Back 2 Basics Dentistry is where it is at! I've been going here for awhile now and they are amazing! My dental hygienist, Paige, is the BEST!!!! 20 STARS for her! I have the worst anxiety about getting my teeth clean, but she ALWAYS makes me feel so comfortable. Not to mention, my teeth are SUPER clean when I leave! Go try them out, but don't book Paige because she's mine! No book her! She's the BEST! What are you waiting for? Go get your teeth cleaned!

Wow, just wow. I know I'm probably going to leave a bunch of stuff out in my excitement to post this but here we go....Dr. Pharaoh (hope I spelled that right) has the best bedside manner I've ever had at the dentist before. She's got calm energy and she was very caring and attentive. She said it was because she worked with children in the past but honestly I think it was just her nature. You either got it or you don't. Ms Cindy and Ms Shannon were rock stars. Ms Cindy responded to my crankiness this morning at 7am with rainbows and sunshine. Everyone I came in contact with were so nice! I definitely felt like they're experiencing the same thing everyone is facing right now...short on people able to work and all that, but I think it's made them pull together more as a team. They made a miserable task pretty damn pleasant to be honest.

I go to the dentist more than anyone should have too-but that is genetics! The team at B2B are wonderful! I appreciate the teamwork between Dr Fairow and Bridgette so much! And Dr Connelly and Cindy are wonderful! Thankful for all of them!!

Wow what An amazing office who ever manages this place must be a rock star Kristina Keep it up. Dr Cornell had to barely do any work due to the amazing work of Paige. Thanks I have never been able to leave a dentist office and eat or talk without an issue. Super please. Thanks Bridgette for recommending to this office. Dr. Fairrow (Cindy & Jezzi ) made my first experience at Back to Basics, comfortable and at ease. I had so much pain with my wisdom tooth, and they were able to take care of me that same day. I appreciate the kindness that was shown to me.

Back to basics dentistry is a place where you feel welcomed and valued as a patient! I had the pleasure of working with Kayla and Dr Cornell!! Kayla treats me with kindness every time I meet her. Dr. Farrow and Jesse are a great team! I had to get a tooth that was giving me a whole bunch of trouble pulled and they were very professional yet very good at keeping me in a relaxed and calming state of mind. This was the first time I actually enjoyed sitting in that chair. Great people and the only dentist office I will visit. Thankyou to the whole crew

Super efficient practice! I didn't have to wait long for any part the appointment. I didn't feel any pain the entire time. Dr. Fairrow and Jesse were kind, gentle, and made my time at the dentist pleasant. I will happily return!

I was referred to Back 2 Basics for a dental sleep appliance. From the moment I called the staff, they were professional and made me feel right at home. I met the doctor Dr Jennifer Cornell and Assistant Kayla Williams as well as the doctor's office pup. They helped me navigate my insurance, the doc went over everything with me and Kayla was my main contact throughout the process and she was absolutely amazing! She let me know exactly what to expect and was responsive whenever I had a question. Each month we tweaked the appliance until it worked to its full potential. My sleep improved a great deal so that I now don't have apnea issues. I highly recommend this office! If you need a sleep appliance this is the place to go along with any other dental needs.
