Dr. Michael E. Bachman, Sr. has been practicing dentistry in Ridgecrest for more than 30 years. He grew up in Ridgecrest and attended Burroughs High School where he lettered in football, basketball, and track and field. He went on to attend Bakersfield College for two years where he played football and ran track. He earned an atheletic scholarship to play football at Colorado State University, where he received a BS in Physical Scienes. Dr. Bachman was accepted to attended UCSF until he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. He is still married to his wife of 34 years, Mary Lynne, and has 3 grown children, Michael, Christopher, and Elizabeth. He enjoys reading, playing golf, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Dr. Michael E. Bachman, Jr. also grew up in Ridgecrest and attended Burroughs High School where he was active in student government and lettered in football, basketball, and baseball. After graduating from BHS, he attended UCLA where he played football for 2 years and received a BA in Economics. Prior to entering dental school, he returned to Ridgecrest where he taught and coached football at Burroughs for one year. He continued his education at New York University College of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. For the last three years Dr. Bachman, Jr. has proudly served in the U.S. Air Force as an active duty dentist at Travis, AFB, CA. He is married to Catherine (Crow) Bachman and they have three beautiful children, Kailer, Adelynne, and Colby, with number four, Cade, on the way. Dr. Bachman enjoys coaching athletics, playing golf, fishing, hunting, reading, church activities and spending time with his family.

Dr. Heather Cantori (McBurnett) is a Ridgecrest native. She attended Burroughs High School and Cerro Coso Community College before transferring to Point Loma Nazerene University in San Diego. After receiving her BS in Biology, she worked as a Dental Assistant for an endodontist while applying to dental school. She gained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree at Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington DC. Upon graduating, Dr. Cantori attended a residency program focused on Advanced Education in General Dentistry at a public health center in Hilo, HI. After completing the program, she became a staff dentist overseeing incoming residents and providing dentistry to the underserved populations on the Big Island of Hawaii. Dr. Cantori decided to return to Ridgecrest with her husband, David, and her son, Lucas, to give back to the Ridgecrest community. In her free time, Dr. Cantori enjoys playing soccer and spending time with her family.

Mary Lynne has been a part of the Bachman Family Dentistry team from the day of its inception. Thirty years ago, in 1982, she and Mike opened the doors to their dental practice in Ridgecrest, California. Mary Lynne worked as the general office manager in the beginning years and later, as their children were born, as a part-time consultant to the practice. As their children left the nest, Mary Lynne returned to college to earn a degree in dental hygiene and joined the team in 2005 as a registered dental hygienist. Mary Lynne considers it a privilege to serve our clients and be a part of the clinical team. Im thankful for the opportunity to encourage and support individuals to achieve excellent dental health through their education, prevention and restorative treatments. Her favorite hobbies include time with her grandchildren, exercising with dance, walking and swimming, cooking yummy food, reading self help books and enjoying friends and family.

Jorge Navarro Jr. was born in Mexicali, Mexico and moved to Pixley, California as a child. He began his career in the dental field back in 2004 when he applied for a job as a Sterilization Technician. There he developed a love and a passion for dentistry and decided to further his education and career. He became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2008 and loved every minute of it. In 2012 Jorge decided to take the next step and enroll in the Dental Hygiene Program at Taft College. He graduated with his degree in Dental Hygiene in May of 2014 and later joined the Bachman Family Dentistry team in February 2015. Jorge says he truly enjoys working with the staff as well as the patients of Ridgecrest. He learns something new daily and says, Every day is a great day. Jorge is married to Lacey and he has a 14 year old son, Richard, and 2 year old daughter, MaLynn. Jorges hobbies include exercising, gardening, dancing and spending time with family.

Stefani started her dental career by being a part of the Regional Occupational Program (ROP) at Burroughs High School. She then fell in love with the dental field and has continued to work to make this her career. She first became a Registered Dental Assistant, then graduated from Taft College as a Dental Hygienist in 2013.Stefani loves the opportunity to work with her patients educating, demonstrating, and encouraging them to obtain excellent oral hygiene. She enjoys exercising, hiking, exploring in her UTV, and spending time with her husband, Clint, and their two year old son, Maverick.

Pam is an RDA with five children and three beautiful grandchildren. When shes not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends, remodeling her home, reading a good book and spending time with her grandbabies.

Jo is an RDA and has enjoyed being in the dental profession for 37 years. She started her career in orthodontics, then joined Dr. Bachmans team in 2000. Jo loves spending time with her family, is active in the Missionary Baptist Church and enjoys being part of the Ridgecrest community. Her hobbies include various crafts, a good book and a good movie.

Cheyenne was born in Ridgecrest where she attended Sherman E. Burroughs and graduated in 2015. She started her journey with Bachman Family Dentistry as an ROP student and became a part of the team after graduation. Cheyenne is currently going to Cerro Coso Community College to get her Associates Degree, then plans to continue her dental education with a goal of becoming a dental hygienist. When shes not working or at school, Cheyenne enjoys spending time going on hikes, spending time with friends and her niece and nephew.

Hope joined Dr. Bachmans team in 2010 though she is a life long resident of Ridgecrest. She completed her Bachelors in Business Administration and spent thirteen years as a Business Manager for the government before becoming a stay at home mom. Now she is discovering the dental field and has recently completed certification in dental radiography. Hope thoroughly enjoys volunteering her time in the local schools, her church and community. She and husband, Russ, have two children, Gavin and Katy, who are both full time college students.
