Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. Dr Vic is awesome, he knows what he is doing and he really wants to improve people's lives. He takes the time to talk to you and to explain things without sugar coating. It is a very busy practice but they never seem overwhelmed or harried like some practices. The appointments always go smooth and quickly. The people who work with getting insurance to cover are awesome, they kept going until they were able to get my procedure approved for coverage. The office is also decorated nicely.

Dr. Grazina cares about his patients and always does the best treatment for them individually. He takes the time to explain to parents and genuinely cares about each patient and family. We are at the end of 2 phases of braces for both boys and could not be happier that we chose Dr. Grazina's office.

I'm 34 and honestly never expected to be happier with this process. Having braces at this age is a little frustrating and uncomfortable, but Dr Vic and the entire Bach Grazina team have been incredible throughout so far. They are always available to answer questions and offer guidance, and Dr Vic has been available to me at ridiculous hours (I work overnights as an RN). One night in particular I had a wire pop out and he was willing to FaceTime me at 10pm to come up with a plan until I could get to the office during normal hours. I'm here to fix my teeth, and he's great at what he does, but I've also never received better customer service from a provider before. That's huge! The entire team is awesome, from Erica at the front door who knows my car every time I pull into the lot, to Dina who did my consultation, to the assistants who are also so patient and kind and gentle (I'm sorry I can't remember your names!). Seriously, the best! Looking forward to my end results! Thank you to the entire Team!

Today, I had an appointment to scan my mouth for my final set of retainers. As usual, I was treated with smiles by everyone and Dr Vic gave me a kind elbow knock in these COVID-19 days. I was treated without delay and my last set of retainers will to be ready soon. I could not be happier with my treatment here. They are all a wonderful staff, and everyone makes me feel welcome and appreciated. I would not recommend going to any other orthodontist on the East End. The final results of my treatment process are excellent, even better than I could have expected. During my therapy, all questions are gladly answered in a way I can understand. You will be happy you chose Bach Grazina East End Orthodontics for your improved smile and nicely straightened teeth for the first time in my life. My only question is : Why didn't I go to see Dr Vic sooner than I did ? Better late than never ! 5 stars ***** and A+.
