I'll give the second star because they USED to be a good dentist to deal with. Now they take no insurance which is what they always seemed to pride themselves on in the past. I am not the only person who has noticed. My wife was charged a ridiculous amount and they are constantly try to upsell. Place is like a factory now and in my opinion going downhill. They hounded me for $30 dollars when they already charged me for my cleaning, why didn't you include that extra $30 in the first place and it wouldn't have been an issue instead of sending me emails and phone calls saying this is your last notice meanwhile I got no notice and I was going to be put into collections. I took my teeth elsewhere.

I've been going to this practice for just about 20 years now and as far as dentists and quality people go, you will find no better. They make you feel extremely comfortable and treat you as family. EVERYONE in the office from the staff to All the Dr.s and hygienist's ( Jessica) are great and make it a point to go the extra yard for all the patients. Well done Babylon Dental and I'll see you all again in 3 months. Be well

I had another very positive experience at Babylon Dental Care - West Babylon. I booked my appointment through Jo (Patchogue office I think) who is so personable it's a pleasure to call. I was taken on time. Doctor's assistant Josh and newcomer Stephanie worked diligently to get my X-rays done as I tend to gag. Ultimately it was Stephanie who got the X-ray. She'll be a great addition to the practice. I then met the very nice Dr. Golo who explained my X-rays to me in a detailed and patient manner. No drama. No hard sell. Just information. Checkout was straightforward. This is an excellent dental office. Thank you.

Showing up to Babylon Dental Care I immediately felt comfortable with a greeting at the door. I had Maggie as a dental hygienist which provided me with a tour of the office before I was sat down. Throughout the entire visit Maggie made sure the number one priority was keeping me comfortable, offering numbing gel, stress balls, music etc.. I walked out with a thorough teeth cleaning, x-rays, a plan and confidence in the practice I'd chosen. A big note is that Maggie made sure that I was aware and comfortable with the cost of services before being sent up front. Thank you to the Babylon Dental Staff, I'll be seeing you in 6 months!

Babylon Dental in West Babylon is the most comfortable and friendliest dental office I've been to. Everyone from Front Desk, Billing/Insurance, Hygienists, Assistants, and of course the Dentists themselves go the extra mile for their patients. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Golo, Josh, and Dr. Knackal for a dental implant and they were truly a power team. Compassionate, patient, gentle, understanding, and experts in their fields. Dr. Golo provided expert suggestions and took the time to really hear my concerns and propose the perfect solutions both during the healing process and long-term. Josh took tons of pictures and gave excellent advice - always with a smile, and Dr. Knackal made the experience absolutely painless. It's quite obvious the patient's comfort and satisfaction is at the center of everything they do. Thank you team!

Worst place ever. Billed me for a free consultation from months ago. Doctor didn't even look me in the eyes the entire time he was in the room. Went in to see if I could get a filling removed and they tried to get me to get $1400 in work done. Dr. Kahn is a scammer. AWFUL PLACE.

Wonderful dental office. Dr Wrann is an excellent dentist and wonderful, caring person. All my dental work was done in the same office which is great. Dr Knakel worked hand in hand with Dr Wrann to give me a great smile. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I'm so glad I changed dental offices. I highly recommend Babylon Dental

Every time I come to the office the staff is wonderful and kind. They go out of their way to help people who have fears, because their goal is to make your experience a good one. I have to say that after a root canal and deep cleaning, they know what they are doing.

I had a wonderful experience at Babylon Dental Care, starting with walking through the door. Dana, the greeter was extremely kind and helpful in getting me checked in, and then a genuine goodbye when I left. This was my first dentist appointment in many years, and I had a lot of anxiety going into my first appointment. My hygienist Maggie quickly soothed that anxiety. She was so personable and knowledgeable, and walked me through every step of the process, laying out all of the options I had very clearly and without pressure, even offering little tools like stress balls, headphones, or pillows to ease the process. For someone with anxiety, all of these things help a lot, so I was so grateful for her patience and understanding. She worked with me the most during my appointment, and I truly am so grateful because, bottom line, I was scared. But she may it a great experience getting my health back on track. Dr Rann was great! Quickly getting to the point like I asked, and offering his expertise, though still seeming interested in me as a person. And on the way out my financial checkout person was wonderful (I'm sorry, I forgot your name!), Helping me secure my discount plan, and schedule future appointments, all with a smile. It can't be understated how simple kindness can make a appointment, which to people with anxiety like me can be a deep fear, a great experience. Pair that with professionalism and expertise, like Babylon Dental does, and you have a winner!

Honest Dentists ! my child has not had one cavity since going here. The whole staff is wonderful with kids also they do not turn away special needs kids. They have patience and kindness that is rare. They go out of there way to make your child feel happy at the dentist. It's hard to find a honest dentist very grateful.

I have been a patient of Dr Peck at Babylon Dental for more than 25 years and being dental phobic cannot say enough of the calm gentle pain free approach he and the entire staff provide. I recently started seeing Dr Knackel for treatment and I am so happy with his work as well.Erica is great as well, so knowledgeable! The entire staff are always courteous and professional and treat everyone with respect.I must give a personal shout out to Patricia and her supervisor Mary in patient accounts. Their customer service is outstanding! Patricia has the utmost patience and explains everything in detail leaving no question unanswered. Over the years I have referred many friends and family to Babylon Dental and would never consider going anywhere else. I am a Registered Nurse and so appreciate them for maintaining a modern immaculate facility that is Covid compliant as well. Thank you again!

Highly recommend this facility for all your dental needs - from sleep apnea appliances to dental needs and even the zoom teeth whitening- the dentists and staff are so friendly and knowledgeable!! I came in for an adjustment on my mouth guard and inquired about the teeth whitening program and they juggled their schedule and squeezed me in right then and there to have it done!!! My teeth look amazing! I'm recommending this to all my friends!!!Thank you Babylon Dental for a wonderful customer service experience!!

Book an appointment for my mom to have a teeth cleaning. They refuse to do a teeth cleaning. They' stated my mom need led to have a deep cleaning first. Of course the cost for deep cleaning is around $1000. So my mom never got the service that she payed for your. Taking advantage of senior citizens . That is serious. They use a lot of salesman pressure tactics, in an attempt to get your mom to sign up for deep Cleaning.

I never had such a delightful experience than I had today at Babylon Dental Care. And "NO" I'm not getting paid to write this. But when service is good I must let my fellow Long Islanders know. I found my new dentist and it's Babylon Dental Care!!!
