Great experience everyone is so polite nice and very generous and caring, its a nice place felt very comfortable and trust me im bad with names, i did not meet everyone but, i can remember Michelle the Greeter pretty smile My Hygienist Connin nice eyes Doctor : Silvia full of joy and life And coordinator Gabby such a pleasure to talk too everyone is so wonderful in this place I recommend it .... They even have choices of music entertainment its almost like a spa experience it yourself...

Wonderful staff; never a problem, always friendly and helpful. So I had a cleaning done last week by the hygienist (sorry I don't know her name). She has treated me before and I have high confidence in her skills and knowledge. I tend to be obstinate but generally she convinces me to do what she recommends without pressuring me; she gives me good advice! Also, she is very personable and good company and this makes a trip to the dentist as enjoyable an experience as you are going to get!

I have a very traumatic dental past. Jay the hygienist took extra time to review my chart and recall my triggers. She was the best hygienist I have ever had. Her bedside manner is unmatched. I will forever only book with her. She was kind, communicated what was going on, and truly cared about how I was doing. Dr. Kahn is also amazing. When I first started coming to this office a few years ago I was honestly terrified. I have severe anxiety and a terrible gag reflex. Dr. Kahn took the time to find what worked for both of us and what made me most comfortable. His bedside manner is fantastic and always remembers who I am. Dr. Kahn changed my outlook on dentists! I can't thank this team enough because honestly, without them, I would have stopped going to the dentist a few years ago and had some major issues. I would love to hear from management to discuss this team further. I am in healthcare myself, and I tend to be very hard on healthcare workers. I am blown away by this team.

I've had a lot of bad experiences with other dental offices but this office really sets a high bar with their patient care. With my 1st appointment they were able to accommodate me with an appointment within 48 hours of me calling. When I got there I got a tour of the office and a welcome bag that included a thank you card and the cutest tumbler. Once Dr. Peck came in to met me he was so kind, caring and personable that I wasn't nervous anymore about the work I needed done as I needed some root canals and crowns. He assured me that he would take care of and every appointment since has been awesome. I had another issue with one of my teeth right before the holiday and Jo kept in contact with me to make sure I got in asap. I knew there was a possibility that I would have to wait until after the holiday but Jo was able to get me in the next day! She went above and beyond and I so happy that I have finally found a dentist that I am confident will take care of all of my dental concerns. I genuinely love all of the staff in the patchogue office from Dr. Peck to the dental assistants and office staff. If you are nervous about the dentist believe me this practice will take care of you and get rid of your concerns!

I was nervous since I haven't been to the dentist in so long I walked in and was greeted by Gabby who instantly made me smile and feel comfortable. Yasemin took me back to the room and was so nice and quick. Then DR Silvia Baker came in and changed all my feelings about the dentist. I got a filing and she was so fast nice and funny, she makes me want to come back to the dentist. The. I ended my visit with Mady who explained how they have dental packages, so was so kind and nice. Overall best experience I have ever had at the dentist. I will be referring anyone I can here.

From the moment I walked into the office they made me feel great. The hygienist J-Anne was friendly and amazing. Dr. Peck was so friendly and warm, greatest dental experience I had in a long time.

Well, Dr. Ryan Rengifo took care of me. I did explain to him that this was my second visit to a dentist office within ten years. Reason: I am afraid of pain. I can take pain anywhere else in my body, except on my mouth. With this Dr.: zero pain. No pain at all. He did a root canal. Unbelievable!! The technicians working with him did an excellent job. And one more thing: people in the office are very professional. Everything in this place is excellent.

There is a reason these folks have nothing but 5 star reviews...they are great! When I walked in I was greeted by Kerry and I thought, wow, this place really has its act together. Then, I met with Michelle who is in charge of incoming new patients for their sleep appliance practice. She was probably the most professional clinical director I have ever met. Lots of good data and perspective. She was informative and helpful and took as much time as I needed. I am indecisive so that was a lot. Well, that was all fine and then I met Dr Brown. He was far and away the most personable doctor I have ever worked with. He is passionate about using dental appliances for sleep therapy and is actively changing patient's lives because if it. I have not had any work done yet, but I dont need to. Anyone who is as good at helping patients as these people are going to be great at their profession. I was totally impressed.

New patient here and I couldn't have been more impressed. The facilities are up to date with functionally comfortable equipment. The entire staff was warm, professional and caring. The hygienist, Janna, paid incredible attention to detail, was gentle, did the most thorough evaluation I've ever had and explained everything. The Dr., Stephen Peck, was great and offered some new solutions to an old problem. I will definitely be back and will highly recommend Babylon Dental to my friends and family!

I would not go to this location the website is totally incorrect I've been here since 7 o'clock on a Friday morning waiting for it to open an emergency service called at 7:45 respectfully. Then I was told that the location doesn't even open till 10. So if they are unable to fix the website, update it will stay on top of current times I can only imagine how they are as a dentist. Move on

The staff is so wonderful! Best experience I've ever had a dentist office by far. They offer the cutest "comfort bar" with tons of options to make you feel right at home. Not many people can say that they actually enjoyed their time at the dentist, but I 100% can!! Looking forward to coming back for my next cleaning :)

Babylon Dental took great care of me! The girls at the front desk & check out were super friendly and nice, which made me feel very welcomed. It was my first time going to the dentist in many years and I had a full cleaning with Ashley, who eased all my anxiety and made me feel better from the start. My teeth feel so much better already thanks to her! They gave me nitrous oxide to help my nerves and headphones to listen to music, which was really helpful, my old dentist never offered this stuff! Dr Brown made me feel comfortable as well and was very informative, helpful, and made me feel like a human being rather than just another patient. I look fwd to keeping my teeth in good shape and improving my oral hygiene thanks to this office! I will be recommending them to all my friends and family members.
