This place has gone down hill with new dentist and management. The dentist is rude and pushy, and we think he was trying to scam us. Front desk workers cursing at each other. Overall very bad experience. Stay away.

I been going to this dentist for five plus years , someone in the office messed up my appointment three times when I complaint and voice about the issues with my appointments and how I been in pain since April and needed a filling and they booked me for a cleaning instead. I found out two weeks later after me voicing my complaint the office dismissed me. I think it's very weird to get punish or dismiss for voicing an ongoing issue that happen three times, I'm the one in pain and keep getting the run around about my appointment it's very unfair I was pleased with the dentist and always been comfortable with him as I stated I been coming here five plus years never made a complaint and the first time I do Im dismiss it's very unfortunate that they lost a long time patient behind they constant mistakes, so my advice is if you come here dont voice a complaint just be quiet I guess and let them keep messing up your appointments.

Justin Lieneck is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, INEXPERIENCED, and CLUELESS dentist I have ever been to in my life!!! On the first visit, he was very nice and talked me into buying an AVS dental plan. On the second visit, he REFUSED to fill a simple small cavity because "he did not feel comfortable" doing it. He worked up a treatment plan, sent me to a 'specialist' which cost me an additional $150 just for an X-ray, only to find that 'specialist' wanted to refer me to an additional 'specialist'. SMH! Long story short, he wanted $10,000 (yes I said $10k) to do 2 root canals and 'had to stick with the treatment plan and do those first', before he would do a simple filling for $167... Aspen Dental all over again....students just out of school who get their experience on YOUR TEETH! No thanks! I spent close to $500 and got NOTHING done! The kicker is I DIDNT EVEN NEED A ROOT CANAL... Steer clear of this place!!!!!

I called today to make an appointment for a new patience and the waiting time is 4 months(August). That's just not reasonable. Obviously too small with no room to grow.

Don't go there!!! Brevard have a lot of better dentist office to go.

Hands down best dental office I have been to in this area. Debbie, the hygienist was through, pleasant, and professional. The dentist was very personable. I felt like I was a person and not a number. Very COVID safe with air purifiers and UV light devices. I have been to several other offices in the area over the last 6 years, and this one is a keeper.

I have one of the most Crippling fears of the dentist not the dentist himself or herself but the dentist work and these people the entire team make me feel so calm knowing every time I come in there crying mess they console me and make sure everything is to my Comfort.

A friend from work referred me here. Usually the dentist is scary but they make it easy and painless here. All of the staff are very professional. Dr. Lieneck really changed my perspective on the dentist. He's main goal is to ensure you not only have a happy and healthy smile but that you are pain free. Everything gets broken down and explained to me in a way that is easy to digest. Their recommendations are never a ploy to up sell you anything, it's always a genuine product that will improve your quality of life and limit your need for additional work in the future. Would rate higher if I could for taking away my fear of going to the dentist.

This place used to be great when the two previous dentists were there, but then along came arrogant Dr. Lieneck who blamed me for a cap falling off, "What did YOU do?" he asked me, like it was my fault his work didn't last a week. "You must be grinding your teeth," he and his assistant Cynthia said. I suggested maybe the work wasn't done properly and he became furious and told the secretary to discontinue me as a patient!! Rude and poorly skilled..don't go here. I am not a spammer, just a thoroughly disappointed former patient who finally got the nerve to write this review. BEWARE!!!

Even though my insurance is not part of this practice I highly recommend for entire family and is more than happy to pay out of pocket. Moved here from another state and have been searching for "the place", especially for my son! This was it! The dental hygienist was informative, explaining and going over in detail to my son what he has to do when brushing and flossing. Dentist went over his x-rays with not just us as his parents but also with our son so he was not excluded. We will be happy to pay out of pocket for our own cleaning for this highly recommended dental care facility.

Most patient, thorough, and caring dentist and staff I've been to in decades. Not a paid poster just experienced what's been missing in Palm Bay since Dr Urban. I couldn't believe how much Time they took and thorough is an understatement of their office.

The dental office is open. There is something I need to talk to dentist about but feel like there is no privacy to discuss my urgent problem. I don't wish to discuss it with others listening. Especially while strangers are sitting in the other chairs. Otherwise it's a good dental office, cleanings are quick and efficient. Afterwards the dentist stops over to discuss findings on X-Ray and if necessary solutions. I did feel humiliated once, the office called me to come in, I thought it was to discuss a solution for a dental problem and prices. A woman called me to the back out a bib on, I asked what she was going to do. The dentist came over in a huff and said, "I told you you couldn't do this because..." It was belittling and embarrassing. I just wanted to run out of that office, other customers stared at me like I was trying to get away with something. I thought I had gotten called for appointment to discuss solutions and prices for my problem. It took me over a year to come back in for a cleaning. Here it is several years later, my problem is still there, worse than it was and I don't know how to address it. For me it is totally embarrassing and it is not something I'm willing to discuss in front of other people. The dentist is excellent at walking patients through procedures, reminding them to relax and breath. He also uses a calm soothing voice while doing procedures which helps me quite a bit when I get scared or nervous.
