Dr. Mahal has practiced cosmetic and restorative dentistry since 2004. During her several visits to North Valley/Sacramento area, she fell in love with Granite Bay and decided to call this home in 2015 after practicing dentistry in Florida for the 10+ years. During this time, she earned the reputation as a dentist who can provide beautiful and lasting results for her patients whether they have a simple problem, or very complex concerns involving all of the teeth and the function of their bite.
Dr. Mahal is a fellow of prestigious LVI institute for Neuromuscular dentistry and she has helped many patient suffering from TMJ disorders, chronic headaches related to bite and jaw adjustments relieve a long and lasting comfort. To maintain the highest quality of patient care, Dr. Mahal attends over 100 hours of continuing education each year. This enables her to involve emerging dental techniques and products. Her extensive training and experience in the expanding field of cosmetic dentistry allows her to use both technology and artistry to create beautiful smiles for each patient.
Her hobbies include reading, traveling, music and dancing. Dr. Mahal enjoys spending free time with her husband, Parm Mahal who is a physician, and their two wonderful girls, Nehchal (11) and Avani (9). They love doing Taekwondo together and currently recommended belts.

Wow! If you are looking for a gentle dentist this is the place to go. I am usually apprehensive but when I left I was actually excited to come back. I was offered some snacks and refreshments when I walked in. I was also given the option to have an aromatherapy neck wrap, eye mask, headphones and a blanket. I was so relaxed and felt like they really cared about my comfort. The procedure was painless and I didnt even feel pain. I cant say enough good things about my experience and I have been recommending Dr. Mahal to everyone I know! Daizy J.

What a great place, dr.Mahal since the first appointment make me feel comfortable and explain with detail all the steps of my treatment. She is a excellent dentist. The staff is kind and friendly and make me feel so welcomed. Thanks for all your care.

Friendly and kind staff. I traveled 6 hours for a second opinion and am so very grateful I did. Dr. Mahal is extremely knowledgeable about how dental concerns can effect other aspects of our body/life. Some concerns we had about our 10 year old could have been made worse if we had went with our first orthodontist. Dr. Mahal looks at each individual fully to see what the best choice for them is. I am certain even having to drive 6 hours once a month that we have made the right choice for my child.

Another great experience at Dr Mahal's office today. Her attention to detail and explanation of the procedure is much appreciated. The staff is top notch and super friendly, helpful and fun. You can tell they care about each patient. I walked out with 2 beautiful crowns.

The staff contacted me to apologize for not returning my calls and explain that they had experienced difficulties with their phone system. They were pleasant and professional about it. I had gotten a new dentist by the time they realized they had a problem otherwise I would have booked an appointment with their office. My rating is not based on any services obtained with them, only on the interaction with their front staff. Newly in the area and looking for a dentist. Dr. Mahal is on my insurance's preferred list. I called several times during business hours and the call went straight to voicemail. Left three messages to call me back, once a week, were never returned. I stopped trying after having no response over the course of 3 weeks. Perhaps the office is permanently closed?

Dr.Mahal is excellent dentist.She makes sure her pts are comfortable and are well taken care of.All my appts with her have been great. She is very thorough and highly professional. I like her conservative approach and appreciate time spent on treatment planning.

All the staff, including Dr. Mahal are wonderful! Very kind and gentle, but most importantly very good at their jobs, I dont hesitate at all when I need to come in for a visit! Thank you for your professionalism and beyond. I really wish you would take partial payments--maybe 1/3, 1/3, snd 1/3 over 3 months! Something to think about, thank you again.
