Great visit to the BA Dentist Office!! any time you get a good results, its great visit!! Office staffs were very friendly and my hygienist was very gentle and through, Doctor Gentling was very knowledgeable to pointing out the dark shadows in my front tooth and gave me couple of options.

Right after my dentist retired I lost a crown. I needed a new dentist quickly. I called BA Dental, explained my situation and they got me right in. The office staff are very kind and considerate. I explained that I have very sensitive teeth and the hygienist was so careful doing the cleaning that, unlike some past experiences, I had no pain the day after my cleaning. Because I kept the crown that popped out, Dr. Gentling was able to put it back in place with no difficulty. We discussed the other work I needed to have done and worked out a plan to get it completed. Everyone, from office staff, to hygienist, to Dr Gentling was kind and very focused on fixing my issues as quickly as possible within the confines of my insurance. I am very impressed with their professionalism, their friendliness and their compassion.

Been taking my daughter there ever since she was little. Great friendly atmosphere almost like family. Staff has great communication with scheduling and appointments. They take cleanliness very seriously.

I had been seeing Dr Todd Gentling several years ago and everyone in the office was super nice and caring, several years went by and I hadn't seen them in a long time but I scheduled a appointment back in April and I was there again today and I think they are even more nice and caring than they were before everyone makes you very comfortable I'm a very anxious dental patient and they make me feel very comfortable, and just as I remembered Dr Gentling is very nice easy to talk with and very understanding. He's upfront and honest about everything to do with all your dental problems. I have had a few bad experiences at a few other places but I have no reason to go anywhere else I will be a Dr Todd Gentling patient from now on until I don't need a dentist anymore. And Dr Todd is also a really cool guy.

My hygienist is the best!!!! It's because of the way she encourages me that has gotten me into a habit of taking care of my teeth. And Dr. Gentling is always very friendly and always takes time to explain everything. Thanks guys!

Had a cleaning already set up but chipped a tooth and needed it fixed. Staff were amazing at getting me in to do both on the same day. Dr. Gentling fixed the chipped tooth perfectly.
