Had the absolute worst experience he should not be allowed to practice on people. Offered zero help just criticized me and at one point asked me why I was even there. Please do not accept this kind of care for yourself

Went in for a tooth infection. Doc didnt give me n e time to ask questions as i need several teeth pulled and am on state insurance... after 2.5 weeks after i seen doctor my tooth ache /infection came back and not only would he not just call in another order of anti biotics he wouldnt even let me come in while my right side of my face was swollen from the infection. Greedy doctor.

The initial receptionist was fine to talk to, but when she was unsure of some information, she asked another staff member to take my call. I was attempting to make an appointment for my brother. The staff member was VERY rude and would not let me ask questions or give information. She talked over me and railroaded the conversation to a point where she discouraged me to bring my brother into see Dr. Presswala. The initial receptionist was fine

Staff was great my problem it with the doctor he moves too fast it was not professional the way he man handled my mouth and how he was talking to me he cut my gums also..never again!!

My daughter had a very bad experience. Dentist is very rude and intimidating to a 13 year old. I will never go there again. Been asking around for referrals. Its sad how many have tod me where not to go. Here

I was scheduled to get 4 wisdoms pulled unfortunately I was only able to get 3 pulled today because he was very rude and very ruff after I told him I still felt pain instead of numbing it again he goes on as if I'm not saying anything then I start to gag on my own saliva and blood and he starts getting mad so I just ended it were it was he's very nasty with patients and I would never return to that dentist even if it was the last on the planet.

My daughter went in for an emergency evaluation. She ended up having four teeth pulled. Now mind you , the last time she was to a dentist she and her twin sister were devastated for years. She said everyone was very nice to her and she is glad she went when she did!!

Poor service! The dentist is very rude and the receptionist are too. They don't help figure out any issues and will wait until you come to your appointment to tell you it's canceled. Do not go here!

Today I went in for a Cavity filling and was treated horrible Azim Presswala I don't know who certified him but he's very unprofessional and careless I had to stop the session due to his unprofessionalism and his disrespectful manner he use harsh words like what's wrong with you people and behave like I'm some type of animal He was running his mouth when I stopped the session then he had the nerve to run behind the desk and call the police He's such a coward talk all big and bad but run and hide The West Allis police came and they were very unprofessional and inconsiderate as well I will be filling a claim against his dental office And the dentist association it's sad to know that you can't go places nowadays and get fair care smdh Please don't Waste your time going here for proper care

Had an emergency dental appointment this afternoon. The front staff was very pleasant and helpful. The office was very clean as well as in the back. I didn't have to wait long. Once I was in the back the dental assistants were also very helpful. Doctor Presswella Was very knowledgeable and told me my options as far as either a root canal or getting my tooth pulled. He gave me a prescription for antibiotics and sent me on my way. I didnt see what other people have been experiencing with the Dr. that's why I wanted to share my experience. I've been a patient of the doctor for quite some time as well and I've never seen anything but professionalism from him. JG

My boyfriend and I had an appointment for 9:00 and 9:30am. When we arrived the receptionist was late checking in. We then waited a couple of minutes for them to call him for his fillings. He was called and I sat with work my headphones on waiting patiently. Ir has to be at 5 minutes pass and I overheard loud yelling from the back area. My boyfriend appeared very upset and attempted to find out what was going on. He informed me this dentist was very rude, disrespecting and making inappropriate comments towards him. The assistant informed him the doctor needs to review the X-rays. Shortly after that the dentist grabbed his needle with numbing medication and started numbing his mouth. He didn't tell him what he was about to do or introduce himself. He then directed him to open his mouth and pushed his head and stated to move his head away from him. He told him, "I don't know what's wrong with you people." He also told him to act right. I then encouraged my boyfriend to exit the building with me. He then asked me to call law enforcement. Well, I called and noticed that they were already pulling up. My boyfriend started explaining to the West Allis police what happened. The officer appeared to be receptive to my boyfriend. The officer then went into the building to speak with the dentist and staff. He shortly returned and informed my boyfriend the dentist side of the story. In the end law enforcement did nothing. Please do not go here. Poor service!!!!!

The Receptionist got an attitude with me then tells me I have an attitude and will not set an appointment until she talks to her manager transfers me to the manager and it just rings

Good or bad insurance do not go here as they rush everything and try to take your money. I go for a simple cleaning and mind you my teeth are healthy but all of a sudden instead of my cleaning I'm getting pushed into pulling my teeth out when they don't need to be pulled there only excuse is that it causes more plaque blah blah if i don't pull my wisdom teeth out. Which I no eventually but right now isn't required. Then they have the audacity to text me off there personal phone to bother me about pre authorization plans to pull my teeth when I told them numerous times I don't want my teeth pulled. Then when I get my cleaning they dint even use the proper tools for there customer or themselves . Had to constantly hold my mouth open I have had my teeth clean before and never been in pain from a cleansing

I stopped going to the dentist for a few years because of this guy. Keep in mind I only went in for a filling. He shamed me as a teenager for having a cavity. He was very irritable. He didn't care about the pain I was clearly in and would get even more upset when I'd express said pain. Like sorry dude my tooth is nowhere near numb and you're drilling at my tooth like a madman. My teeth ended up being fused together and when he spoke to my dad he spoke right in front of everybody in the lobby about MY own dental health. So much for any confidentiality between a doctor and patient. I post this today after maybe the best dental care I have ever received and I'm no longer anxious about going to the dentist.

This is a horrible dentist I had him for years. I had went to him because I had quite a bit cavities this was years ago I hate I didn't file a grievance until now he first of all mistreats you if your poor black and have state insurance. He pulled all of my teeth In the back this was years ago he could of tried to fix the teeth he didn't think or care about that now years later I can't chew certain food I literally have no teeth in the back and will have to invest thousands of dollars for implants because I can barely chew with only most of my teeth in the front. I went back to him a few years ago and instead of him helping me when I was in pain he sent me home with meds and I am sure instead of filling the cavities he would of just pulled them all out before. I went to a different dental place who actually took the time to fill my cavities and help me save my tooth his solution is to just pull everything out too lazy and careless to fix anything it's def a classism thing. If your poor or get state insurance and needs lots of dental work think twice unless you want to wear dentures or partials. He is a very heartless doctor and until I can afford to get money to get partials I will continue to have issues eating certain foods.

DO NOT GO HERE.... READ ALL THE REVIEWS!!! VERY RUDE! INTENTIONALLY HURT ME! THIS GUY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING EXCEPT MONEY. Doctor is extremely rough, rude, and arrogant. I am in so much pain. They fit me in as an emergency, took an x-ray, and tried to sell me on pulling the tooth. He says: "I can't tell which tooth is the problem"... Then 10 seconds later says: "I can pull that tooth for you right now"... So which tooth was he going to pull? I will be contacting the dental association. This guy is a joke. And should not be in the business of helping people. He may as well have pounded in my mouth with a hammer. He left me leaving in more pain than I showed up with, and a light wallet. He spent less that 180 seconds working with me before telling me either pull it or get out. Pull what? Which tooth were you going to pull? I can't wait to see your response to my review as you clearly were rude to countless other people. At what point do you look at yourself? All of the nurses were very kind, professional, and caring. But obviously at the mercy of the arrogant, rude doctor.

How are these people operating....so unprofessional the door was open no one was at the front desk for over 30 minutes. When the staff did arrive they were very disrespectful this is not a child friendly place, the dentist was verbally abusive to my daughter you can definitely tell the establishment is only in it for the money. Could care less about the patients, not to mention they are very prejudice not a place for different race. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!
