Dr. Nick Azar attended Mary Queen of Peace elementary school and is a graduate of Saint Louis University High School. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Biology, 2004, from Wittenberg University, his Doctoral degree in Dental Medicine, 2009, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and his Master of Science degree from Saint Louis University Center for Advanced Dental Education School of Orthodontics in 2011.
Dr. Nick is a diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontists, a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Orthodontic Education and Research Foundation, and an Associate Clinical Professor in the department of Orthodontics at Saint Louis University. He and his wife, Jill, live in Webster Groves, MO, with their four children, Joseph, Adelaide, Jane and Clark.
