Dr. Azadi attended the West Virginia University (WVU) School of Medicine and graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology in 1993. She then continued her education at WVU School of Engineering and graduated with a Master of Science degree inOccupational Safety and Health in 1995.
Upon graduation, she began working at the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) as a researcher in the area of immunology with a focus on latex allergy. As a researcher, she became interested in the clinical aspect of healthcare and decided to further her education. She returned to WVU to earn herDoctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2008 and has since been serving the local community with caring hands and an open heart. Dr. Azadi established her own practice dedicated to serving patients in need of comprehensive dental care in several areas of dentistry and has a personalized treatment approach for each patient.
Kelly has been a dental professional for over 18years. Sheenjoys working with patients to helpthem achieve their desired smile, not only in the operatory but financially as well. She worksto make everyone feel comfortable and confident about their smile when they leave Azadi Dental.
Valerie truly enjoys coming to work each day tomeetnew people and make a difference in their oral health. She hasdeveloped good relationships with many patients and enjoys seeing them on a regular basis, stating, 'I work around wonderful people and an excellent doctor whogreatly cares about our patients. This makes me feel proud to say that I work for them.'

I have been going to Dr. Azadi for 12 years she is the best dentist I ever had! She is very professional and compassionate to her patients. Also, her staff is amazing and everyone is very knowledgeable!

Dr. Azadi and staff are absolutely phenomenal. My husband and I have been going to Dr Azadi's for 2+ years and are extremely grateful and impressed with her practice. I've had numerous changes made to my teeth over the past 2 years and was nervous about seeing the dentist from previous experiences. Dr Azadi has changed my outlook on the health of my teeth as well as seeing the dentist frequently. I now book my cleanings in advance and actually look forward to seeing the dentist! I feel comfortable, trusting and appreciative. Dr Azadi referred me to a great Endondontist and Orthodontist. Every time I go to Dr Azadi I feel like I learn something new and appreciate her guidance to the Wvu students. I would also would like to extend gratitude to Kelly, who has fought hard with insurance and has always gone the extra mile to find out new information for me. We highly recommend Dr. Azadi and her Team!

Dr. Azadi has always been professional, courteous and easy to work with. I, myself, and my two children see her twice a year for our routine check-ups and cleanings. She works with our insurance and we have not had to pay out of pocket for our cleanings, which is honestly unheard of these days. I would, hands down, refer her to anyone looking for a qualified dentist that has great mannerisms and completes thorough check-ups. Her supporting staff has also been respectful and welcoming. Her office is clean and she has gone above and beyond to protect her clients during this COVID pandemic. Thank you Dr. Azadi and staff!!!

After having multiple failed attempts at fixing a chip in my tooth, I decided to give Dr. Azadi a try on the advice of my husband who was already a patient. I couldn't have asked for a better person to do my veneer, and to become my regular dentist!
