* I edited my review after having a positive experience* My experience today was exceptional. All of the staff were attentive, polite, and professional. The dentist and dental assistant were very thorough with my evaluation, communicated well, and gave me good advice about how to proceed with my dental needs. I had previously had a very upsetting exchange on the phone with the person who called to confirm my appointment. I have chosen to chalk it up to just a bad day at the workplace and re-evaluate my review. While I am not happy with the very short notice (less than 24 hours) I received about the need for income verification, I have no complaints at all about my visit today. All the staff did an excellent job.

I've been extremely happy with the service I have received. Dr. Wells truly cares for her patients and it shows. Have patience with scheduling because they are booking a few months out but it's really worth the wait!

I had a great experience with my first time visit, wait was not long and the staff all where very nice to me, the tech was sweet and helpful, and DMD Wells was amazing!!! She explained everything and made so comfortable. Came back for my second visit for my cleaning with the hygienist Dana, she was awesome!! Did a great job and also made me feel very comfortable. I am a scaredy cat when it comes to going to the dentist, had bad experiences in the past, but now I have confidence again with my new Dentist! Thank you ladies for your help. Thank you again!

Wife went to these people, incredibly rude and Unprofessional front desk and techs. The assistant taking x-rays was more concerned with her lunch than her patient. Overall rude and I professional, save yourself and do not go here. Only saving grace of this place is the one hygienist who actually seemed to put some care and compassion into her job, hopefully she moves on to a better office because this one does not deserve it.

Myself and my 3 children had dentist appointments today and the staff from front to back were excellent. Kid-Friendly Adult-Friendly Explained everything and the whole staff have hearts of gold

The lady who cleans your teeth let's you know just how little she thinks of you. How she feels towards your cleaning habits with your mouth as a whole shows as she degrades you further in the chair like your a child all over again. Scared of the pain and scared to say anything. If you do your over acting with it or there's no way it could hurt that bad. Who are you to judge my pain level or pain tolerance???????????????

Friendly staff. Knowledgable dentists and the wait time is not long. They do have a movie running in the waiting room.

They're a little invasive about your personal life / medical life. Be prepared to give a detailed account of your medical history and social history and a list of all your medicines!

One star because I have no choice. Receptionist and Medical Assistants are nice bit the Dentist is the WORST PERSON. Doesnt care not one bit. Sje is UNRESPECTFUL, MEan, RUDE. JUST PLAIN CRUEL. BAD ATTITUDE ALL OVER!!!! Should not be working with people. Not even animals. Dr. halady is bad!

Went in for a dental emergency as I have a broken tooth. They couldn't do anything for me and gave me a referral to a dentist school said maybe they can help you. Dentist halady, very rude and maybe spent 2 minutes in the room with me. All she did was poke my tooth once and then proceed to tell me they are not capable of doing a root canal or extraction and to go some where else. Waste of time and money! I guess all they can do is xrays and cleanings.....

I went in for an infected tooth my face was swelling and I could barely talk without taking Tylenol which barely put a dent in the pain. When I asked about antibiotics I was told I didn't need them, and that they couldn't do anything for me. They were going to give me a referral letter with a list of dentists that could help me. Couldn't give it to me there, for whatever reason they had to mail it. I never even got it, horrible experience. All of this for $55, never going back.
