Ayden Family Dentistry is committed to providing oral health care and resources to rural and underserved communities in Eastern North Carolina. The practice was founded in June 2015 by Dr. Monica Molini.
In addition to providing bilingual dental care and routine cleanings for patients of all ages, Ayden Family Dentistry offers a variety of specialty services including deep cleanings, dental emergencies, fillings, same-day crowns, partials/dentures, Invisalign, night guards, extractions, and more. The entire office staff is committed to serving all patients, insured or uninsured, with personalized visits that allow plenty of time for questions and an opportunity to share concerns. We are passionate about creating a friendly, welcoming environment.

Dr. Monica Molini founded Ayden Family Dentistry in 2015. She is a knowledgeable dentist, bilingual practitioner, and is committed to the health and well-being of her patients. Passionate about her community, she is a member of the Ayden Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Ayden Library Board. She is a member of the North Carolina Dental Society and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Molini graduated from Dental School with Cum Laude Honors and has 15 years of dental experience. To date, she's treated over 10,000 patients.
Dr. Molini is a native of Venezuela and studied in Puerto Rico. She's been married to her husband for over 20 years and they have two dogs. She enjoys reading, researching, gardening, and giving bible studies in Spanish.

Well I've given Ayden Family Dentrisy approximately 3 weeks to review my treatment with Dr Molini. I had to call them back to see what was going on. Well they haven't gotten any response back from Dr Molini. This was 10/27/22. Now they say they have a manager. Meanwhile my teeth are chipping away and another filling came out. And I'm very poor and can't afford to start treatment till 2023. Meanwhile everyone there is getting paid. I'm getting a run around!!!!!!!!! Dr Bruch may have a talent for being a dentist but as far as what I've been through since May 2022 it doesn't buy me any resolutions. I will be filing a complaint with BBB!!!!

We pre-paid a couple grand, had a plethora of family issues and came back only for the dentist herself to say that we didn't. She didn't finished what she started and left my husband with unfinished dental work and no refund!!!! 10 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

After a traumatizing experience at Aspen Dental, I decided to try this place out. I'm so glad I did! Everyone is so nice! I deal with horrible dental anxiety and they didn't once make me feel anxious in any way. My teeth/gums were in horrible shape and I was so embarrassed. After leaving my first appointment, I feel like I can smile again. We have more work to go but for once in my life, I'm actually excited to get it done. Thank you, Ayden Family Dentistry!

She did what I thought was a very good job. Only 2 months later I lost 2 filings. Plus one of my filings was drastically out of alignment I keep biting my lip. So I have to chew very slowly so I don't bite my lip. She billed my insurance over 2,000.00 dollars for 4 filings and one extraction. I paid extra to my insurance so I could get quality dental work that I needed. Now I feel I'm pretty much going to have to start at square 1.

I am your typical scared of the dentist adult, well who isn't. But all that went away when I stepped into Ayden Family Dentistry. The staff there truly makes you feel at ease, your comfort is their top priority and always goes above and beyond to ensure you know exactly what's going to happen and when it's going to happen. They also take their time to explain what future visits and steps are needed. Is there was a chance to rate with more stars I would.

I had terrible dental problems. I started my journey with Dr. Molini and staff the last week of May 2022. I went once a week through second week of July. She never hurt me. Never in my 59 years of life can I say I didn't feel my numbing injections!! Dr. Molini was very fast, but, greatly efficient. It was amazing. Every visit I felt as if I had just sat down and I was already finished! I can also not forget Courtney the dental hygienist. She was amazing at her part of recovering my mouth. I also want to say a big "thank you" to Michelle, the awesome dental assistant who was by my side during every procedure. I was treated like a family member by everyone. Now I have a beautiful new mouth/smile! A lovely partial denture on top and a huge amount of new, snug fillings on bottom. I cannot praise Dr. Molini and her staff enough. I am showing off my new smile whenever I can and making as many referrals as I can. This was an amazing experience and I will continue with my routine dental care here, with my new family!

I was so pleased with the work she did on my teeth; Well one month later I lost one of the filings she did. Behind the filing was brown decay. That's not all when I called to make another appointment, I was informed by her staff member that I have a balance of over $400.00. I'm on a limited income and I purchased extra benefits dental plan. My question is why didn't she stop my dental work when she was getting close to my yearly deductible? She even billed my insurance $2,025 for fillings work? I will not recommend her. She gets insurance money as well as my money!!!! I'm on a limited income and I don't have this kind of money. I'm done with her!!!!!!!!!!

If you would rather get out of the rat race and into a more homey welcoming place, come here. I was made comfortable (I have a bad back) and then my teeth were cleaned without any pain at all. Where else can you say that?

I have never had a bad experience at this dental office. Never felt the needle. I almost fell asleep while she worked on my teeth. I was so relaxed with her, that I had the feeling you get when someone is washing your hair.

I am definitely a scaredy cat when it come to dentist, However I felt so comfortable and welcomed. I was informed of Everything They needed to do and nothing hurt! I would definitely recommend ayden dental.
