The wait times are very low, and the service is great. Staff are kind and are ready to assist you. They are very gentle with their procedures and consistently ask if you are feeling any pain during the process, to which I answer no because of the constant attentiveness of their staff. Best dentist I've been to.

Staff go above and beyond for their patients. I was meant to get a deep cleaning, but my insurance did not cover it, so I had to get a normal cleaning. They went in and gave me an extra-deep normal cleaning at no additional cost, and they always made sure I was feeling fine during the procedure. Staff is incredibly nice. Very good doctors, and I highly recommend them.

Here is what you get with Dr Prerna: - Straightforward advise that is not too much and not too less - diligence and quality of work - reasonable and listens. Thinks of things like insurance and ability to pay in addition to thinking about dental health.

Dr. Kultham is very helpful and listens to her patients carefully. I went in for a treatment recently and she explained my options really well. She suggested the best treatment based on my situation and didn't just recommend the expensive option. Overall, I'm happy with my recent dental treatment at Axis dental and would definitely recommend it to others.

Dr. Kultham was transparent and honest, which is quite rare for dentists in the US that like to push for unnecessary and painful procedure for quick money. She was very responsive and it was a breeze to get an urgent appointment with her despite me being a Medi-Cal patient. I switched to her from another Medi-cal dentist whom I had bad experience with, and she put my fear of dentists at ease. I found both her and her assistant friendly and gentle, and COVID safety protocol was strictly followed in the clinic.

Fantastic service! I drove from the east bay to been seen because of all the good review and was not disappointed. I had x rays done and 6 cavities filled in 1.5 hours with no wait. Dr. Prerna Kultham made me feel safe the whole time by not only walking me through what she was about to do but regularly checking in with me during the process to monitor my level of comfort. She even stayed past closing time because she knew the commute would be long for me to come back again.

I had an amazing experience here, Dr. Kultham and her staff are super nice and friendly. This is the best experience I'd ever had at a dental place. I'm not afraid of the dentist anymore. Highly recommending Axis to my friends and family. I'm so happy I found a great dental practice! Cheers!
