Dr. Malek is amazingly patient with children. My daughter has special needs and we've always received treatment from a pediatric dentist. Well, no more! Dr. Malek was so compassionate and caring and made my daughter feel so comfortable. What a pleasant experience!

Knightdale visit of 10-26 was very productive. Highly recommend Dr. Malek & Kalin-dental tech at the Louisburg office. Handled my medical special needs and am very satisfied. Definitely recommend both dental sites. All of the staff at both offices are very caring professionals. Will continue to post as my dental needs proceed. So far, could not ask for any better services.

I have been going here for years before it was Axiom however things have really changed recently. Billing and staff turn over is definitely a problem. New dentist and mostly new staff since my cleaning 6 months ago. Before I always felt like it was a great team and they really cared however now it is all about money. Don't bet on ever being able to speak with the regional manager or someone about a bill that should have been paid with 2 different insurances. Customer service with corporate doesn't exist to try to get answers.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist but in my 74 years this was a most delightful visit. Great personable staff, and that includes the dentist friendly, knowledgeable, caring, helpful and they even made me laugh. I highly recommend this particular office in Louisburg.

Canceled my first appointment saying they were going to be closed. Text me another appointment and then told me that one was taken. Got me another appointment and after my cleaning I had to set in the chair for a long time before the dentist came in and finally checked me. This is not the first time they have scheduled appointments and canceled them. They used to be reliable but not anymore.

I've been going to Axiom in Louisburg since moving to Franklin County five years ago. Everyone there has been friendly, professional and done a great job. On my last visit I thought I would need a filling. The dentist explained replacing an old filling with a new one could be done, but she recommended a crown as it would be best over time. I definitely recommend giving them a try.
