There is always an error involving the office manager and I keep trying to give chance after chance mostly because I don't like getting used to new because I m getting old but every time I have dealings with her it's problematic and unethical seems like she has clever ulterior motives that will be the slow poisoning of this company with flimsy transparent childlike actions

I messed up my appointment time and day royally. They still managed to fit me in for a consultation and sat there and patiently went over everything with me and my options. Never felt rushed, or pressured into anything, and they went through my insurance with me to make sure everything was covered so I wasn't surprised by a huge bill . Everyone was very pleasant to be around and welcoming.

Excellent front desk staff. Dr. Mukka is professional, great bed side manner and explains results of exam throughly. Highly recommend this office!!!

My new dentist at Axiom, Dr. Spandana Mukka, just tried to sell me on veneers. She said it would be to "protect my gums due to spaces". Oh, really? So I started asking questions. How are my numbers on my gums? She left me with the hygienist who turned to her PC. Turns out that prior to today, this office had not seen fit to do a gum evaluation on me since 2015. So, I asked for one. The hygienist said my gums were never a concern but that they've actually all improved (probably due to my awesome electric toothbrush). A little online research shows that veneers are not marketed to help with gum recession. So, Dr. Mukka offered me a product that doesn't solve a problem I actually don't have, which doesn't actually solve the problem she pretended I had, 5 minutes after meeting me. I will be seeking a second opinion before resealing the sealants she claimed needed it because, surprise, I no longer trust her professionally. My childhood dentist used to call me "pretty gums". I am fortunate that I've needed almost no dental work aside from cleanings my entire life. I've never had anyone tell me I need any alignment in 47 years. FORTY SEVEN YEARS. I posted this on Facebook and I warned my friends to listen to what people say their children at healthcare appointments. Everyone's a salesperson these days. We don't need so-called professionals planting seeds of self-doubt in the minds of impressionable kiddos. (After being told they "need" braces, and me asking the pros to explain the difference between medically necessary and cosmetic, both my kids were not interested, despite willingness and ability of both their parents to pay for them.) I will be making sure no one raises these types of things with my kids again unless there is a health-impacting reason they discuss with me first, because I can see that even the luckiest among us are always prey. I hope my smile brightens the day of those around me. I'm pretty proud of it and always have been. I have many flaws, physical and otherwise but my teeth are not among them. The hygienist Laura/en? completely forgot to polish my top teeth, when I asked her to, she said she had but would do it again and upon starting to, realized she actually had not. She was nice, and I'm sure it was just an off day, but just a reminder to everyone this can happen with any hygienist (it wasn't the first time for me) so pay attention. A previous hygienist filling in there exchanged phone numbers under the guise of befriending me, but it was just to try to sell me supplements, so, this was a better experience! The office staff are always friendly. The lobby furniture could use cleaning due to lots of spilled coffee.

I have been going to Axiom for 5 years. In my time I have never consistently seen the same doctor. Last time I went I was told I had my first cavity. I went for a second opinion and they said it was a stain that they were able to scrape off. This along with the inconsistency makes it hard for me to recommend axiom dentistry.

Great experience with the dentist and the hygienist. I fixed 14 teeth in short time. The staff works in the front are super nice and professional, they help you in every way they can to make your visit scheduled as easy and comfy as you want.

Top notch service!!! I am a new patient and this is the absolute best dentist I've ever been to. The hygienists are knowledgeable and have a dainty hand when cleaning as to not hurt your gums. The cleaning felt thorough and I learned about ways to further care for my teeth. No judgement too which is nice as I've been to some practices where they hygienists and dentist speak down to you. Dr. Spandana Mukka is an absolute gem and I trust her with my teeth! Definitely recommend this practice!

This is a great dental practice. The staff is friendly and efficient. They respond to their patients' needs quickly. Though no one likes to go to the dentist, this one makes my visits a little less stressful. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
