Went for a cleaning since I just got back to El Paso area after rescheduling my appointment due to being gone for 4 months. Cleaning was good as usual, great dental service and thats where it ends. My problem is the front office ladies. My last service with them was begining of last year 2021. Its January 2022 and they never billed my insurance for the crown that was done begining of 2021. I paid my out of pocket fee and then some to get the crown done. So fast forward to January 2022 and they told me the insurance did not pay what was originally agreed upon for the crown done begining of 2021. I asked why was that and they could not say why but i can tell they were skriting the answer. So they stated I had to pay about 184. I asked why wasn't I informed of this last year when the service was done. She was skirting the answer and saying she didn't know until I asked again and she said because it was billed 4 days ago. 4 days ago was when I called and made my cleaning appointment and they FINALLY took a look at my account. Of course the insurance didn't cover it completely since it's a whole YEAR after the service and the coverages changed!!!!! If you want prompt billing, honest staff, and whats fair and right this is not the place. If she would have said we made a mistake and forgot to bill the insurance promptly after service, I would have had no issues. Honesty goes a long way with me. This is my last time there, hope the rest of you have better results.

Loved my entire experience, EXCEPT my experience with front office. All angry looking bitter faces especially the young lady that checks in. "Manager" seemed quit lost, running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Disorganized as well.

Love the staff and Dr Tracy at awesome smiles. Always clean, short time wait and great accommodations to get you set up especially if you have a busy work schedule like i do. Love how the staff is friendly and make you feel right at home. Dr Tracy is also very good with letting you understand all your options and costs before anything to make sure your ok as well. All in all just a great place

Dr. Tracy provided awesome care and explained to me everything i needed to know before i committed to anything. Wait time was very short and was able to go to work the same day.

This is a superb business. Come here for all your mouth needs. The service is first class. One-of-a-kind. Dr. Provenghi is the bomb diggity, and she really knows her way around some scalers. I've had plenty of visits here in my day, and I can honestly say that all of them have been impeccable. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. They greet you with a smile and make you laugh even when your mouth isn't physically able. I may also add that the toy chest is of premium quality. Better than Kool Smiles' for sure. The waiting room reads aren't too shabby either. Make an appointment at Awesome Smiles today!
